Circle H Lodge on Inks Lake

My husband and I spent our anniversary weekend at Circle H B&B to celebrate our marriage there a year prior. It was just AS SPECIAL as our wedding day, thanks to Britt, Todd and Chef Matt. They absloutely pamperd us, made us feel like royalty and also let us have our special moments to celebrate our union. The meals that Chef prepared were above and beyond anything we could have ever had at a restraunt, which was perfectly paired with the most romatic atmostphere and stunning views of a perfect sunset over Inks Lake. Wonderful meals, outstanding rooms, friendly staff and service, romantic atmosphere equals the perfect weekend away filled with love, laughter and memories! Thank you Circle H for making our dreams come true...yet again, and again and again.

I saw Circle H Lodge on the AAA Best of TX show for best wedding venues. I thought what a great place to get engaged ! Britain and Todd were wonderful to work with - we ended up having a private dinner located on the dock at sunset. AND Amy said YES !

We were so excited to find Circle H Lodge, and we were not disappointed! The whole property is lovely, spacious and every detail attended to. We did not get to have a meal while we were there, but I am sure that the dining is outstanding.

This place is fantastic you will never understand how great it is unless you visit it yourself.

I stayed at Circle H lodge in December and was overwhelmed by the beauty of the place and the hospitality of the owners. I was treated like family and while I was there the Chef did a 6 course tasting that was out of this world. I was treated to hand pulled fried mozzarella that was accompanied by an avocado relish that rocked my world. The ancho-espresso rubbed beef tenderloin just melt in your mouth. Since that wonderful weekend I have been back to Circle H on numerous occasions and found that it gets better and better every time.

Circle H Lodge is a great place to escape the stress of everyday life and relax in the hill country and on the water. The house is beautiful, both inside and out. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the grounds offer much in the way of relaxation and recreation. My husband and I enjoyed spending quiet time out on the deck, playing bocce ball in the yard, and dangling our feet in the water at the pool's edge. The food is simply amazing! Everything was delicious with the highlight being a romantic dinner for two on the deck. I highly recommend you give Circle H a try - it will not disappoint.

My husband and I wanted a local getaway and Circle H Lodge was FANTASTIC! Our room, the El Jeffe, was clean and spacious. We saw all of the other rooms, and they looks just as nice. The bathroom was over the top wonderful! Circle H overlooks Inks Lake, and although boaters were out, it was a quiet atmosphere. We ate two suppers and two breakfasts there. The food was quite delicious. The feeling was casual yet our every need was met quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone, and we will definitely return!

As a long time member of the Restaurant & Hospitality industry, I have to really rate the Circle H Lodge highly. I have been in many B&B's before but none with the attention to detail in the incredible facilities themselves, but the owners treated me like they knew me forever. The views from this property are simply breathtaking and the food by their chef makes me question my favorite eateries back home. It's easy to see why the won Best of Texas 2012.
