We come to Messina Hof every year for our anniversary. Its location is close to town, but has that country feel. We enjoy all the things they have to offer and the service is outstanding!

From the first time I talked to the Inn keeper Miss Jean who was so willing to make this weekend happen. I booked this for some dear friends of mine who have 4 children and never get away.

After a very stressful year my sister and I wanted to take a vacation in the Texas Hill Country. The Villa at Messina Hof Winery was our last stop before heading back to reality and it was the GRAND FINALLY! The wine tour and tasting was fun and very generous. Then we were treated to wine and cheese tray in their wine bar. We also had made dinner reservations in the on site restaurant and the food was exceptional! Jean and her staff made us feel very comfortable and welcome in the Villa and made sure we had plenty of good food to eat for breakfast. I will go back again soon!

I made a reservation and got a room, which is amazing because this place is one of the best places I have stayed. I have about 100+ stays a year. The value, peacefulness and excellence abounds. The staff is so helpful and makes you feel like part of a big family. Thanks Paul Sr and Paul Jr for inviting me into your family!

Our stay at the Villa was a relaxing and pleasant experience. We learned about the Messina Hof wines and enjoyed the tastings. The dining more than exceeded our expectations and we are looking forward to our next stay at the winery.

The bed and breakfast was great! The breakfast was good. Champagne was a nice touch. The wine bar, the winery tour, and the vineyard was very nice. The on-site restaurant was just OK.

We got married at Messina Hof 9 years ago and decided it was time to return for our anniversary! We obviously have very fond memories of the winery and were excited to return and reminisce fun times from college and our wedding. Our stay was absolutely perfect. The room and bathroom were gorgeous with a balcony view of pretty much everything. We loved the port chocolates and bought two boxes to take with us in the gift shop. Breakfast was delicious. Jeanne was an amazing host. She was attentive, friendly and welcoming. Our stay included the delicious champagne breakfast, wine and cheese from the wine bar and a tour/tasting in the winery. The ladies working at the wine bar were also very friendly and we loved our tour with Michael. We had the pleasure of speaking with the Bonnerigos during our stay. Wonderful people! Thank you so much for a fun, relaxing stay and helping us build more wonderful memories at such a special place.

A very peaceful and relaxing weekend. The restaurant was superb and our server Sarah was friendly and warm. She made us feel right at home. The walks along the lit pathway made the stress from our daily lives melt away. The wines were all so good. It was very hard to pick a favorite. Thanks for a great weekend. See you soon.
