    • Deposit amount required (One nights deposit required to confirm reservation.)
    • Cancellations:
      Due to our intimate size, any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Please reserve thoughtfully. A deposit is required upon making the reservation and full payment is due prior to your arrival. Your payments will be refunded, less $50.00 if we receive notification of cancellation 14 days prior to arrival. After 14 days the deposit is non-refundable but may be applied to a rescheduled reservation. Cancellations within 48 hours forfeit deposit entirely.

    The elegant living room is yours alone to enjoy as the rental includes the entire house. Bring your MP3/iPod to use with our custom sound system. The living and dining rooms have ceiling mounted speakers.The house contains many orignal furnishings accented with the current owner's antiques and art collection.
    The game table is a great spot to set up your laptop to use with our wireless internet.Guests are welcome to use the dining room during their stay.
    Continental breakfast items are stocked in the kitchen as well as complimentary drinks and snacks. Please let us know of any special requests that will make your stay more memorable.This bedroom at the front of the house has a New Orleans plantation bed that was refitted for a queen sized mattress. The adjoining large private bath has the original claw foot tub and a great rain head shower.
    This charming private bedroom is located at the rear of the house. The beds can be configured as two twins or a very comfortable king. The house has all new bedding and luxurious linens.Imagine soaking in the original claw foot tub or a nice long rain head shower. The house was completely renovated and all plumbing fixtures were updated and modernized.
    The rear deck of the house is just off the kitchen with a view of the herb garden and back yard. The perfect place to enjoy morning coffee at your leisure.
