My husband and I married at the Roseland Plantation in 2004...We returned on our first year anniversary...Stayed in the Cherokee Rose cabin both times.....a beautiful place...great breakfast and perfect hostessess.

This is a beautiful and historical site. The Innkeepers are very knowledgeable and go out of their way to meet all our needs. Breakfast was great!! The rooms were clean, spacious and well appointed. I would certainly go again when in the area.

Entrance to Roseland Plantation Bed and Breakfast on State Hwy. 64 just 6 miles west of Tyler Airport and 24 miles east of downtown Canton.  Mailing address is 2601 State Hwy. 64 Ben Wheeler, TX 75754Dining/Breakfast area in the Windsor House.
Front porch seating.The Tea Rose is a lovely room right off the library and away from the rest of the bedrooms in the house. The magnificently carved solid walnut queen-size bed features the new Intelli-bed mattress for ultimate comfort and support. Hang your garments in the large armoire and relax on the settee by the dressing table. This room also features a private bath, ceiling fan, AM/FM radio alarm clock and individual thermostat control.
The light and airy Wild Rose room is located in the center of the Windsor House between the Windsor Rose and Bridal Rose suites. Complete with ceiling fan, walk-in closet and sitting area, and furnished in period antiques, this room takes you back to the lovely, quiet days of the late 1800’s. Private bath, AM/FM radio alarm clock and individual thermostat control for this room is also included.Windsor Rose room: You will think you’ve entered a room for royalty when you walk into this extra-large bedroom with a grand antique canopied queen bed. The entry door to this room is a four foot wide pocket door that will remind you of your grandparents’ house. The Windsor Rose suite has several mirrors, including the extra-large mirror on the super-size armoire which reflects the highly carved antique highboy on the opposite wall. Complete with ceiling fan, walk-in closet, sitting area, and furnished in period antiques, this room also includes AM/FM radio alarm clock, individual thermostat control and one of our larger private baths.
Bridal Rose room: Enter through a private entrance, then through French doors to find the most luxurious room in the house. Walk past the beautifully carved period French sofa and matching chairs to climb the steps for an amazing night in the antique bridal bed. The suite has its own walk-in closet and large bathroom that features a vintage claw foot soaking tub, separate shower, and his and her vanities. The soaking tub is centrally located and enables the bather to look out through a one way mirrored leaded glass window at the swimming pool and reception hall. The ceiling fan, AM/FM radio alarm clock, and individual thermostat control completes the amenities for this elegant room.Our Cherokee Rose Cabin is an 1848 Texas log cabin that has been restored and decorated to be one of the most popular rooms on the plantation. Comfortable in all seasons with central air and heat, it sits across the drive from the main house and features its own kitchenette. The kitchenette has a microwave, sink, four cup coffee maker and under-counter refrigerator with soft drinks and bottled water. The ceiling fan, AM/FM radio alarm clock, two comfy rockers and an antique table and chairs complete the amenities for this fun, cozy cabin.
