In the old beautiful CASTELLO DI RIPA D'ORCIA (XIII sec.), set upon a rise in the centre of VAL D'ORCIA - Unesco Site (TUSCANY -Siena) there is,since 1990, a comfortable country AGRITURISMO with 6 DOUBLE ROOMS BNB and 7 SELF CATERING APARTMENTS(with kitchenette) ideal for relaxing stays. RIPA D'ORCIA CASTLE, an architectural complex which has survived virtually unchanged, offers to his guest and visitors hospitality. In the historic houses which have comprised the Borgo, from 1990 there are 6 comfortable and charming double bedrooms with private bathroom/shower, breakfast, rustic tuscan furniture and 7 large self-catering apartments with their own cooking facilities which can sleep 2 or 4 people for longer (one week) and indipendent stays. Inside the walled enclosure gardens, public telephone, PANORAMIC POOL and terrace, and an original common reading room with fireplace and WIFI inside. Lastly the DINING ROOM with wood tables covered with cherry checked cloths, where breakfast and dinners are served using home-grown products.DINNER: open Tues.-Sun.- set menù 25 € - Res. required.
