The farmhouse Borgo Campanile is located at the edge of Montefiascone, a cute small village on the shore of Lake Bolsena. The stone farmhouse is surrounded by a beautiful park, with many oak trees, olive trees and gorgeous flowers. In the summer you can take a refreshing dip in the sparkling blue swimming pool (10mt x 5mt) and relax among the scent of sunflowers and lavender. Located in a rural landscape, our home offers a magical and romantic getaway, with wraparound colored sunsets. The farmhouse offers guests 3 apartments; two smaller ones with max occupancy of 4 persons and one for up to 8 people, all furnished with elegance and in tune with the rustic environment of the farmhouse. Near Borgo Campanile you can visit towns of cultural and historical importance (Rome, Viterbo, Orvieto, Civita di Bagnoregio, Tuscania, etc..) Around Lake Bolsena there are many folk villages such as Bolsena, Capodimonte, etc.. There are two natural parks: The Monte Rufeno natural reserve and the Selva del Lamone. Borgo Campanile is managed by the owner, Susan Luciani, who prepares a delicious breakfast for her guests, made with blackcurrant jams, raspberries and blackberries; "homemade" colored cakes. The style of Borgo Campanile offers moments of relaxation with exciting aromas!

The house was originally built in 1921; it has been partly rebuilt and renovated some years ago in the typical tuscanian style, using local materials. The inside of the building represents a mixture of interesting styles; near the original architectural details you can find things from different origins: antique European services, fascinating Asiatic sculptures, elegant candle supports. The ancient and the modern age live together in perfect harmony, surrounded by exotic smells….

A farm house, situated on a hillock of the Maremma in Latium, in the surrounding there is a beautiful garden with swimming pool, and over the garden there are only the corn fields, lambs and at last the sea. The "Podere Giuliano" can offer it as well as to absolute quiet. The excursions are a lot and varied: one day at the sea of the Argentario, a trip of the Etruscan necropolis of Tarquinia, Tuscania, Cerveteri, or one day at the Saturnia thermal or Viterbo, Bolsena lake, the tour of with break at the different villages that surround it, and it doesn't need to forget the walk in the archaeological park of Vulci.
