    The small Relais is the result of a happy combination of modern and ancient Italian tradition and refined hospitality. The hotel is beautifully situated in a shady garden and features the most modern equipment: air-conditioned rooms with private bath and/or shower, hairdryer, heated towel rail, TV. The accurate restoration, the attention to detail, the colour of the rooms accompanied by the beautiful decoration and the warm welcome you will receive, all give Garibaldi's Relais an atmosphere of relaxation and comfort from the beginning of your stay . They are all elegantly furnished and they are very spazious and shining ideal for people looking for a quiet or romantic accommodation. The rooms, all equipped with private bathrooms and air conditioning, are tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The romantic Family Room with a 1 bedrooms of the Garibaldi's and 2 bed add reflect all the particular care and passion that was put into choosing the right fabrics and furnishings by the house owners. The furniture was carefully selected from antique markets and dealers and different colours were used for each room in order to create a warm and cosy atmosphere, while still including all the comforts. All the spacious ensuite bathrooms have hairdryer and magnifier mirror.Inside the rooms you will find courtesy hot drink kettles, a mini-bar, and a wine that you may enjoy while in your room, relaxing in the hotel garden or in a spendid balcony view.

    estuve en el hostelo un mes en ocasiones llegaba muy tarde pero la entrada era libre las 24 horas, apenas yegue se me facilitaron mapas de la ciudad y rutas de los buses que llevan del hotel al centro, se me dieron tambien guias turisticas de Toscana, ciudades aledanas y sitios cercanos a la ciudad, se me indicaron sitios de esparcimiento cercanos al hotel como discotecas, bares, restaurantes y se me informaba de los eventuales huespedes que compartirian cuarto, tambien se me informo oportunamente de los eventos locales y regionales los anfitriones se portaron calidamente y se sentia un ambiente familiar

    We booked a double room in Garibaldi relais (reservation number GF-72600001, 17-18Jun,2010). We arrived there in the middle of storm, at 1 p.m. and we are informed that we could not stay there because there are no room free, but we can leave the luggage (in open corridor) and come back in the evening. When I entered the reception (which should not be called this way, it was simply small, dirty, messy corridor) with our 8 months old daughter, we were informed that we should pay a double price because of her presence (look at hotel description:"children are welcome" that is not true!!!!), and anyway the rooms are too small to stay with a child. During the reservation I indicated that we travel with a child, however it was not indicated in the voucher. Anyway they did not want to look at it, they informed us that they have their own papers. Mathilda (our daughter) was hungry, we tried to explain that it is a nonsens what they were doing (we speak english, french and finally we called our italian friend, in order to avoid misunderstanding..), no way. We just had to leave. Additionally they were really impolite, I would say rude, the old woman at the beginning tried to calm the situation, as the man was simply screaming in half English/half Italian. Simple disaster, they spoiled a part of our holidays, we had to find another hotel and pay a lot of money… Another advice, on the website it is written that they have bathrooms for each room. I was allowed to enter and I saw three rooms and one bathroom in the corridor, people were going from their rooms to the common bathroom. Be careful when choosing this hotel
