Their facilities are beautifully maintained. They want to insure you have a very pleasant experience. Serena was so very helpful despite her limited English. Other than a rather firm bed, it was a great place to stay. We recommend it to others!

Serena & Augusta looked after us fantastically well . Nothing too much trouble. Room fabulous, breakfast a real feast .Location great. Even recommended a really good local restaurant. read more

Quiet, clean, cozy and a very good breakfast. Serena is a great host. She helped us with a city map and travel info. We visited Florence at the begining of June and we were happy that we found such a place to stay.
