    EXCELLENT DEAL

    Mr Eniz and his family are the best people I deal with in Turkey; they added a lot to the wonderful place and nice time that we spent in Turkey. The Uskudar Duplex apartment is 2 stories apartment with strategic view of the bosphorus sea (very relaxed views) with no noise and good neighbours, clean and tidy arranged apartment. The initial introduction and guidance on our first meeting with Mr Eniz facilitate all our trips and made the best use of the time. Fast informative responses is an excellent character of Mr Eniz and I am strongly recommending deal with Mr Eniz as honest, trust and kind person. myself and family had a bad experience on our return trip with private Taxi company (the charge was over normal) as they could not come on time and finally they could not come at all and Mr Eniz and his father do thier best to arrange picking us up to the airport to catch our plane on time however our contract was done with them. We are pleased to have such person in good place and good weather in Turkey The only thing that I have to mention is the apartment is in the third floor and we managed with that as Mr Eniz helped us with our luggages

The required prepayment amount depends on: the selected apartment, the number of guests and the length of your stay. Please note that the booking is not confirmed until the prepayment is received; you then receive the booking confirmation by email. The remaining balance, along with the damage deposit, needs to be paid in cash upon arrival. The damage deposit is refunded at your departure, after the owner has inspected the accommodation. Cancellation or change Cancellation fees depend on notice given and are as follows: - Notice given less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total balance; - Notice given less than 24 hours or no prior notice: 100% of the total balance. To modify the number of guests: with fewer guests, the remaining balance stays the same; with more guests, you pay the required supplement on arrival. To change the number of additional days; you pay the required additional amount on arrival. All cancellations or changes must be made via email.. Cancellations or changes by phone are not accepted.
