We are an approved Tourism Development Company (T.D.C.) facility situated on the main thoroughfare of St. Ann’s Road, only five (5) minutes away from the main shopping area in the City of Port of Spain.
With public transportation available at our gateway, access is therefore easy and cheap to and from this facility. Our Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
All bookings for accommodation require 50% of the total cost deposited, forty-eight (48) hours after telephone or email reservation via Moneygram Wireless Transfer or Western Union Money Transfer. Online payments can also be arranged through Paypal. Please enquire from Manager.
Upon cancellation fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of twenty-five percent 25% of the deposit will be forfeited.
Upon cancellation seven (7) days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of fifty percent 50% of the deposit will be forfeited.
Upon cancellation three (3) days prior to arrival, the full deposit will be forfeited.
Please note that during Peak Seasons, such as Carnival. upon cancellation, thirty (30) days prior to arrival, the full deposit will be forfeited. - Accepted by the following agencies:
