"We have visited this B&B several times since it opened and it is our absolute favorite!!!
Everything about Tiffany Hill is exceptional, starting with the innkeeper, Selena, to every detail involved!!!
Beautiful, clean surroundings...lovely gardens...very yummy breakfasts...peaceful, warm and inviting atmosphere! Selena and her staff are outstanding in all ways--a perfect blend for a perfect getaway!!!"
"The Belfast Bay Inn is a gem. The innkeepers restored the inn to perfection.
Every detail was top notch -- the bedding, the furnishings, the finishing touches. The room was impeccable. The service provided by the innkeepers exceeded our expectations.
They even went out of their way to make us a special breakfast and buy Lactaid milk for our son. I highly recommend this inn and will likely return.
"If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful, comfortable, beautiful, but not-too-far-off-the-beaten-path place...Bufflehead Cove Inn has it all plus so much more. This 187-year-old roomy bed and breakfast is immaculately kept, beautifully decorated, but as comfortable as home. The Gott family offers genuine Maine hospitality from the moment you arrive until you force yourself to leave. The inn is five minutes from downtown Kennebunk shops, stores and places to eat, but when you're sitting out on the wrap-around patio watching the wildlife, you'd never believe you are so close. The breakfasts are well-balanced, filling, and delicious. And our host, Erin Gott, was a pleasure to talk with as we enjoyed our meal. Compared to other similarly priced places we stayed in Maine, Bufflehead Cove Inn far surpassed them all in every category. This will definitely be our place to stay on future Maine trips."
"Congratulations to Troy and Kathleen on creating this quintessential B&B!
EVERYTHING was universally superb, from the hospitality to the magnificent happy hours to the wonderfully creative and sumptuous breakfasts.
We felt so very fortunate to have discovered their beautiful inn and we are already making plans to return--and bring several neighbors with us. Troy and Kathleen made us feel more like family than guests."
"From the moment we walked in the door we felt right at home thanks to innkeepers, Gail and Steve. The Webster House is a beautifully restored old Victorian home that is comfortably furnished with period furnishings. Each afternoon at five there is a wine and cheese reception which gives an opportunity to meet other guests.
We quickly discovered that others regard this bed and breakfast as a destination, rather than a place to stay while visiting nearby. One couple we met had visited four times and a second couple had visited twice. Breakfasts were delicious."
"Best inn ever. This was our first trip to Amelia Island and to Hoyt House. I cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay here. Hoyt House is an absolutely beautiful historic property. The innkeepers, Deborah and Myrta, have done an outstanding job of restoring the inn and appointing it with such fine amenities...Our room (Kate's Study) was lovely and very comfortable. There were even fresh-baked cookies (heaven), apples and water waiting for us. The bed was very comfortable with some of the finest linen I have ever touched. You feel pampered every time you turn around. Your stay includes a cooked-to-order, two-course breakfast and an evening reception with marvelous appetizers...Part of your breakfast includes homemade sticky buns that were delicious, and French press coffee which made waking up perfect...The inn's location made it easy for us to walk most places, and bikes are available if you want to venture further (compliments of the inn)...This had to be one of our top experiences. We definitely plan to return and will only stay at Hoyt House. I would highly recommend Hoyt House to anyone planning a trip to Amelia Island!"
"What if I just said, 'Our stay at Port D'Hiver is just perfect in every way!' The attention to details has been just amazing. My husband and I are on day four of a five day stay, and we feel like royalty. The Carriage House is heavenly.
The innkeepers treat each guest individually and work very hard to accommodate. We've had coffee and tea at our door each morning, and enjoyed an amazing breakfast on a vine-covered porch. The beach is calm and beautiful.
A sleepy little town, full of nice people, has topped off our experience. WOW! And did I mention wine and snacks at 5:00 p.m.? And one more thing, a delicious treat before bed--brownies--wrapped and tied in a ribbon. Love it!!!!"
"From the time you walk into the newly renovated B&B, you just feel welcome, and by the end of our two-night stay it was as if all the employees of the Farmhouse were our best friends. It was honestly hard to leave. The room was incredible...The breakfasts were outstanding. Everything is made fresh and they are very accommodating to your dietary needs... Another plus is that the Veritas Wine is available at almost any time morning/day/night. (I think there is more wine than water.) Also, we were able to bring our dog and everyone was so very accommodating. I can’t say enough good things about the Farmhouse and we are already planning our trip back!"
"This bed and breakfast is truly a magical place. The rooms, the grounds, the breakfast, and the common areas area all beautiful. They are immaculate, comfortable, well decorated, and inviting. I can’t say enough good things about this place. Norm is a fantastic host and Angie cooks the most delicious breakfast ever. Twin Pine Manor was completely booked the weekend we stayed yet we felt as though we had the entire place to ourselves. Amazing. We stayed in the in Grapevine room. It is beautifully decorated and the bed was amazingly comfortable. Loved that you have access from your room to an outdoor deck with comfortable lounge chairs and stairs that lead up to the amazing views on the rooftop deck...We will most definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for romantic weekend getaway."
"Villa D' Citta is an elegant, beautiful retreat from the busy streets of Chicago.
The villa and rooms are well appointed. Service is exemplary. Breakfast is ample and delicious and cold cuts and hot dogs are available during the day if you wish to make a sandwich.
My husband and I are both rather choosy about where we stay but this B&B surpassed our expectations. We'll definitely return to this charming getaway."
