Cancellation Policy: All reservations require one night's deposit (or 50% on stays of two or more days). A refund of deposit, less a $25 cancellation fee, will be issued for a full or partial cancellation with notification of more than 14 prior to the beginning of scheduled stay. Deposits will not be refunded for cancellations made within 14 days of reservation; however, a gift certificate can be issued for the amount of the deposit. Please ask us for details.
