Policies
- Minimum stay required (2 night minimum)
- Smoking is allowed in limited areas
- We cannot accommodate guest pets
- Accommodations are not suitable for children
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted
- Deposit amount required (All reservations must be held with a credit card guarantee. A $50.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of reservation. Your balance due will be charged 30 days before arrival.)
- Check in time is 3PM and Check out time is 11PM
- Cancellations:
Cancelling your reservation in advance of 14 days before your expected arrival, your payment will be refunded to you less a $50.00 bookkeeping fee. If you should cancel your reservation within 14 days or less of your expected arrival, your payment is non refundable unless we can get the cabin rebooked for the same dates minus a $50.00 bookkeeping fee.
Guests who choose to shorten their stay while in residence are still subject to this cancellation policy and are responsible for the full balance due on their reservation.

I personally designed and built all 3 cabins myself. They were built with local and salvaged materials from old ranch and farm homes. When I am not managing the property I spend my spare time as a fashion and music photographer shooting for Cowboys and Indians magazine. I also love to travel as much as possible spending as much time on my latest hobby surfing.
