From the check it to check out, Tyler made us feel very welcome, as if we were at home. Had a Awesome getaway to Lillian Farms. We wanted to just relax and get away from the city, and thats what we did. Tyler is an awesome person to talk with, we got the whole story of how Lillian Farms came to be. I could just keep going on how great LF is, but I would be here all day. So we thank you for the much needed rest. Bless you Tyler, and all your future endeavors.

We went with the intention of relaxing & couldn’t have picked a better location. Set on 230 acres in the TX Hill Country with a beautiful lake & breathtaking views everywhere you look-words can't express how truly blown away we were! The home & the grounds are very well maintained & no detail is overlooked. With a beautiful Victorian/country inspired look, it is furnished exquisitely, but comfortably. The porches filled with rockers were the perfect place to read or just relax in the breeze. We also took advantage of the hot tub, which was very nice. It is set far enough away from the road that you don't even hear traffic-you truly feel tucked away on a patch of Heaven on earth. We ordered a massage during our stay & the massage therapist was top-rate. The breakfasts were not only delicious, but the presentation was also a feast to the eyes served on beautiful silver & fine China with fresh flowers. The entire property was very clean-a very big deal to us! Barbara, the innkeeper, is very knowledgeable of the area & made great recommendations on everything we were looking for. She also made us feel right at home-one of the signs in her home reads, "Enter as strangers, leave as friends," & we can't give a better description than that. We stayed in the Angel's Nest-it was a nice size & the bed was very comfortable, which surprised us since it was an antique, but come to find out, she had the mattress custom made for comfort & comfortable it was! The bathroom & closet were very roomy as well & as with everywhere else in the home, it was beautifully furnished. This was our first time to LF, but it will not be our last! We visited in June’09, but hope to return in the spring when the bluebonnets are in season. There is also a carriage house suite that is perfect for a family & we hope to bring the kids next time & enjoy LF as a family. We left feeling relaxed, refreshed & renewed, which is exactly what we were looking for. We highly recommend Lillian Farms!

A very lovely bed and breakfast view. The hostess was most congenial and so very outgoing to assure us a wonderful time. We felt most welcome. Scenery and home just lovely.
