    A small bistro table in the corner of the room is waiting for you! Buona Sera has hardwood floors which makes it perfect for your furry friend. Yes! Pets are allowed.Buona Sera's jacuzzi tub is a dream. Relax after a hard day of shopping! Tub also features a hand-held shower nozzle.
    At the foot of Buona Sera's Queen size bed, you'll find the fireplace and TV. A selection of DVDs and DVD player make it a movie night!In Buona Sera, a mini fridge and miorowave are next to the coffee/tea station. Wine glasses and dishes are available as well. Breakfast is placed in your fridge between 6 and 8 pm each night for you to enjoy in the morning at your leisure.
    Grill anyone? Yes, you can. Since Bellissimo has a full kitchen w/a large refrigerator, you can bring groceries or the local grocery store is walking distance. They process their own local beef, sell groceries and Levi jeans. Just like the old days!Buona Sera's (left cottage)parking is by the curb side brick walkway. Located between the garage area and Buona Sera, is our patio with a view. Bellissimo can be seen above the garage with private carport parking on the right. Bellissimo's private entrance is around the rear of the parking area.
    Our sign is clearly visible and at night a spot light illuminates the entrance. Visitors drive down the driveway to each unit in the back. No check in is required. Each unit is unlocked and ready for you!The private entrance to Bellissimo is upstairs with comfortable chairs down below for privacy. The sidewalk leads around the right to the patio and more chairs for viewing the stars at night.
    Elegant and spaceous is Bellissimo Loft. Seperate from Buona Sera, it affords privacy with a romance in mind. A King size bed, 4 pillows, this unit is sure to please the experienced B&B traveler or a first timer!A large TV can be viewed from the bed or the couch. Inside the cabinet is the Satellite equipment, DVD player and DVDs to watch.
    Another view of Bellissimo Loft. The couch is placed adjacent to the bed and large TV. The removeable cover is laundered for each guest.From Bellissimo's kitchen you can see the comfortable full size couch. Bellissimo has vaulted ceilings.

To the left of this picture is the restroom/shower area.This full kitchen is great for extended stays in Bellissim Loft. A local grocery store is one block down the street to stock a full sized refrigerator. Late night pizza? Yes you can!
    From Bellissimo's carport parking you can see some of our peach trees lining our driveway. Peach season is Mid June to August. Our guests are free to pick some to take home!It's a hill country morning seen from Bellissimo Loft. Looking down on the peach trees (22 in all), watch the sun rise with a cup of coffee.
    One block from "The Italian Place" is a beautiful sunset or sunrise over the Pedernales river. Bring your fishing pole or swim trunks and become a child again.This is "Dog Town" or the outdoor kennel. There is an inside area to the left where they can get out of the sun at mid-day. The pecan tree shades the pen in the afternoon.
    The Wildseed Farm is minutes from our place. During Feb- November, they have some of the best flowers for photographing in the area.Cycling anyone? These oldies but goodies are perfect for biking down Ranch Road 1 along the river. The 5 mile ride is a beginner course with picnic tables along the way!
    Relax, after a hard day of tasting and shopping, on our patio.A perfect place to gather around a toasty fire in the evenings, this area adjoins our patio.
    Just down the road is the LBJ ranch with Longhorns and real Buffalo!!
