Our first floor limestone cottage has a kitchenette, fireplace, small jacuzzi tub and a Queen size bed. The TV is located on the fireplace mantel. When the weather dips below 45, the fireplace will have a firelog. For tempertures above 45, we have candles placed in the fireplace. The Queen size bed has 4 pillows and a 2" memory foam mattress topper. The small jacuzzi tub has a hand-held shower nozzle. Pets are not permitted in this unit, only Bellissimo. House Keeping is NOT available.

This Loft has vaulted ceilings with exposed wooden beams, ceiling fans, large TV, full kitchen, and a comfy king size bed. A living area with a full size couch allows our guests to relax while watching TV. The small bathroom has a small tiled shower. Pets are welcome and will love to explore or play in the spaceous back yard area. Couples traveling together will find room to dine and hang out in Bellissimo or on our outdoor patio. House Keeping is NOT available. NOTE: This Loft has Stairs

I loved my weekend stay at the Italian Place. I stayed in the Buona Sera suite, which was amply comfortable. The backyard was wonderful. Between the grill for dinners and the glasses of wine by the fire pit, I left the cottage so relaxed and happy.

Have stayed acouple of times My Husband and I absolutely love staying at the Italian Place, It's very relaxing we always bring bottles of wine from local winery's sit on the patio/play bocce look at the stars!! Bill and Amber are Great company! Can't wait to go back latter this year when we wine hop again!!

We simply fell in love. My husband and I came out to celebrate our 15th anniversary at where we now refer to as our little Italy. My husband is part Italian so the room, patio and personal touches really made him feel at home. Our one night stay was not enough. The location is perfect with being so close to Fredericksburg for shopping or visiting winerys. The room was perfect for a romantic stay with all of it's special touches, champagne in the frig, an amazing breakfast ready when we were ready to eat and the kindness of one of the lovely owners, Amber. We could not believe we got all this at such a nominal fee. Truly the owners love what they do and it shows. We are already talking about re-visiting in the Spring to see the beauty of it, all over again.

We had a really nice stay with bill& amber,we loved the the cozy cottage feel and amber was a terrific host we would defintely stay again,thanks DON&DONNA!
