    If your looking for a peaceful, private, and relaxing vacation in the Hill Country with beautiful views of Lake Travis, then Lakeside Hideaway is for you. Located only 35 miles from Austin where the Pedernales & Colorado Rivers merge on Lake Travis. When you stay at Lakeside Hideaway your are the exclusive guests and have the whole charming cottage to yourselves. The cottage has 2 bedrooms, one full bath, covered front porch set on a hill overlooking the lake with spectacular views and a patio set and hammock for relaxing and on the back deck there is a private Hot Tub, spacious living room with tv/vcr/dvd & stereo/cd, and a fully equipped kitchen with all needed cooking and eating utensils and dining room. There is also a selections of videos, books, and games for guests to enjoy at the the cottage. The innkeepers live just down the road to help you with anything you may need. Your stay includes breakfast that is left in the cottage for your to enjoy at your leisure. Massage Services are available right in the cottage and Guided Fishing Trip are available. The cottage also make a great place for a Ladies Getaway for up to 4 women. See our package deals for information. There are several wonderful restuarants nearby, or bring your own food as there is a full sized fully equipped kitchen and propane gas grill on the back deck. Rates for 2 people with breakfast are $150.00 per night on weekdays and $200.00 per night on weekends. Two night minimum stay required/3 nights on Holiday weekends. If two couples would like to vacation together they may share the cottage for an additional charge of $50.00 per night. Sorry we cannot accomodate pets or children. This is a non-smoking cottage.

      Take 620 to 71. Turn right on 71 (head north) Go about 15 miles, cross over a bridge (Pedernales River) and go 3 more miles then turn right onto Paleface Ranch Road. Go 3 miles till you come to a stop sign. Turn right at the stop sign and continue for 3 more miles till you see a Pedernales Drive on your right. The cottage is the second house on the right on Pedernales Drive.

    This was the perfect "Hideaway" for our romantic getaway. We enjoyed the hot tub and relaxing on the hammock on the front porch. The inn keepers were very accommodating to all of our request. We can't wait to return!

    Our stay at the charming Lakeside Hideaway was WONDERFUL! The large covered front porch is both inviting and relaxing with a large hammock and casual furnishings for entertaining, dining, or just gazing at the stars. A refreshing breeze and veiw of the lake was a bonus. In addition, our family enjoyed the large deck in back, hot tub and all! Marsha and Lacy took care of our every need. What a GREAT place with EXCELLENT service! We couldn't have asked for more and look foward to our next stay!

    We spent our 5 year Anniversary at Lakeside Hideaway and enjoyed every minute of it! It was so relaxing sitting in the hammock and enjoying the evening breeze. You could not ask for a better "Hideaway"!
