From IAH or Hobby Airport: I-45 South, exit #25 to NASA Parkway - Seabrook. Continue traveling east for 6.4 miles to Beacon Hill Resort, on the right. (Address numbers repeat through several townships, so when you see the Hilton Hotel, go exactly 2 more miles on the right!) A landmark across the street is LaQuinta Hotel. Enter the gravel driveway and park under the car port. The ARK & HELM guest houses are 1.5 miles east of the B&B, at 109 Ellis Ave., Seabrook, between Pappadeaux's Cajun Kitchen and Outriggers restaurants. Hobby Airport, exit right (east) to I-45. Turn right (south) and enter I-45. Exit 25 for NASA Parkway (east). Follow the Webster/Seabrook signs. We're 6.4 miles from this intersection. Once you see the Hilton Hotel, go exactly 2 more miles, and you'll see our blue and white Beacon Hill Resort sign on the right. Turn in to the 2nd driveway, pull up to the car port, and you will see the B&B in front of you.

- Cancellations:
Your reservation is guaranteed until 6 p.m. after which an explicit time of arrival should be agreed upon. Cancellations received 14 days prior to arrival will be refunded, less a $25 service fee. Cancellations received within 14 days prior to arrival date will be refunded if the room(s) can be rebooked. In the event a guest cancels a portion of the stay after checking in, no refund will be given unless the cancellation is made 14 days prior to the day(s) that the guest wants to cancel.
