From IAH or Hobby Airport: I-45 South, exit #25 to NASA Road One - Seabrook. Continue traveling east for 6.4 miles to Beacon Hill Bed and Breakfast at 3705 NASA Road One. (Address numbers repeat through several townships, so when you see the Hilton Hotel, we're exactly 2 more miles on the right!) We're between Villa Capri Italian Restaurant and the Seabrook Beach Club. Enter our driveway on either side of our blue and white lighted sign. The ARK & HELM guest houses are 1.5 miles east of the B&B, at 109 Ellis Ave., Seabrook, between Pappadeaux's Cajun Kitchen and Outriggers restaurants. Hobby Airport, exit right (east) to I-45. Turn right (south) and enter I-45. Exit 25 for NASA Road One (east). Follow the Webster/Seabrook signs. We're 6.4 miles from this intersection. Once you see the Hilton Hotel, go exactly 2 more miles, and you'll see our blue and white Beacon Hill Resort sign on the right. Turn in to the 2nd driveway, pull up to the car port, and you will see the B&B in front of you.

- Deposit amount required (Reservations are confirmed with a 100% deposit for a one night stay; 50% on multiple night stays; and, balance due on arrival.)
- Check in time is 3 - 5:00 p.m. and Check out time is Noon
- Cancellations:
Your reservation is guaranteed until 6 p.m. after which an explicit time of arrival should be agreed upon. Cancellations received 7+ days prior to arrival will be refunded, less a $25 service fee. Cancellations received within 7 days prior to arrival date will be charged the full payment unless the room(s) can be rebooked. In the event a guest cancels a portion of the stay after checking in, no refund will be given unless the cancellation is made seven days prior to the day(s) that the guest wants to cancel.
