In San Antonio for New Years Eve... Great neighborhood, easy walking distance to downtown and close to the Riverwalk. The neighborhood is very nice and loved the fact they have parking. Rooms are homey, beds are comfortable and very quiet.Great place to stay!

We stayed here for New Years Eve night and just loved it. We were able to walk to the Riverwalk very easily (who wants to be driving on NYE?) The room was very clean and comfortable. The coffee was excellent, parking was no problem, and the neighborhood is just beautiful.

I was on a business trip (conference in downtown San Antonio) and initially chose this place for its price. But what a lovely surprise upon arrival! The B&B is in the middle of the King William district, which is a wonderful ensemble of historical houses, all well-kept by their friendly inhabitants. Staying here, having my tea on my own front porch, watching the squirrels jumping in the surrounding trees, was simply delightful. And if you want you can easily walk all the way to Downtown and the famous Riverwalk area along the river. If I ever get back to San Antonio, this is where I'll stay again.

Such a lovely home, and gracious hosts! Wish we could have tried the breakfast, but had a Half Marathon to run.

I stay at a lot of B & B's. This one exceeded my expectations. Spacious, relaxing rooms. Beautiful historical neighborhood surrounded with peace and quite. The large breakfasts were the best I've had in years. Deb is gifted with hospitality! I came exhausted and left refreshed. This place is now on my "favorites" list.

We are a french couple in our 60's. during our 4 weeks tip in Texas we stay 3 nights at Yelow Rose and were very happy of that. The house is located in a very historique area of San Antonio not far from downtown. The room is very well decorated, large, confortable and quiet. the home made breakfasts were delicious and different every day. we loved this accomodation.

I really enjoyed my stay and would go back in a heartbeat. My room was fantastic. The King William Historic District is beautiful. I was in for a conference in downtown and had no problem getting back and forth. If you enjoy cycling, take a look at the B-Cycle bike share system.

As we drove in the driveway, we were greeted and taken right up to our huge room, with 2 large chairs and ottomans, amazing bed, and were surprised by the large bathroom with separate sinks/vanities. Great place to unwind and relax. Covered porch with chairs would have been lovely for breakfast had it not rained. We walked to Bohanan's and enjoyed live jazz music, and also enjoyed a movie at Rivercenter Mall. I missed having regular coffee, but if you like French press coffee, it's here. I would go for breakfast in one of the area restaurant .next time rather than order breakfast in our room.
