On reservations of 3 room nights, or less, we require a one night deposit which is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival date. On reservations of more than 3 room nights, we require a 50% deposit which is non-refundable if reservation is cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival date.
