Located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. There are a lot of nice restaurants in the neighborhood, many within two blocks. Very comfortable bed.

We came to San Antonio for our son's air force graduation. We had a wonderful stay and were well cared for by Deb. I would highly recommend this place and plan to stay again when we visit San Antonio. :)

Our third visit since 2009. Deb and Kit are gracious and responsive hosts. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, quiet neighborhood and walking distance to some great food. Highly recommended. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.
We love seeing you each year! Thanks!

This B&B is well situated, convenient to a number of wonderful bars and restaurants. The surrounding neighborhood is welcoming and beautiful, filled with historic homes and surprises on every corner.
Thanks! It's hard to keep up with all the new restaurants opening up around us.

Once again my wife and I had a great stay at the yellow rose. Deb is by far one of the best!. The yellow rose is an affordable getaway and rates are very competitive to the local area B and B's. If you fine yourself in need of an affordable get away the Yellow Rose is the place to go.
Thanks! I hope you know how much we appreciate your loyalty and kind remarks. See you again soon, I hope!

This is a wonderful place in a great in-town location. Very quiet, but walking distance to all the downtown attractions, and only a block or two from a number of fine restaurants. Very clean and well cared for; wonderful casual atmosphere. I stay here every time I visit San Antonio.
Thanks! And, we are getting more and more new restaurants all the time. The people at Azuca are opening a fish place next door to their existing restaurant. Hot Joy opened and has delicious Chinese food. If only someone would open a Thai restaurant!

Nice area with many renovated historical houses. Tree lined streets and nice eateries within short walking distance. Close to the River Walk but out of the hustle bustle. Generous size room and very clean. Friendly service.
Our housekeeper just loves it every time a guest compliments her work. Thank you!

I stayed here for two nights while in town on business. I loves the room and the convenience of it's location. The continental breakfast was only okay. The coffee for the French press appeared to be drip pot ground. There was a scant amount of cream available. They made a great effort to make the breakfast pretty but it didn't have that gourmet, homemade yumminess that I love in B&B's. Overall, it was a great stay and I would recommend them to others.
Hi, We get our coffee from a company in Colorado called Coda Coffee. It is specifically ground for the French Press in the rooms. Please tell me what you expected or would prefer from a continental breakfast. I'm always ready to change and improve. Anyway, I'm glad you had a "great" stay.

Wonderful place, peaceful, 2 blocks from River Walk. This is the place to be for visiting The River Walk. The King William District is amazing. Once we parked at the Yellow Rose we never had to drive until we left for home. You can walk everywhere from here. The dining in "the hood" is fabulous. The hosts are incredible, truly committed to their clientele. Thanks Deb for the homemade, bountiful breakfasts! Cheers Kit! Great advice for our dining choices. See you again!
Thanks! I'm glad you agree that our neighborhood is one of the very best things about San Antonio.

25 huge Texas yellow roses awaited me as we walked into the room. Lovely welcome note and room key left for us on porch of suite (my husband had called Deb earlier in the week and she personally picked up the roses at a local florist). My sister then called during our stay to have a bottle of Dom Perignon waiting in our room on our Anniversary, and again, Deb went out and bought it and had it waiting for us with champagne glasses. 1+mile walk to downtown and 2 block walk to southern end of River Walk was perfect location! Great value for the price. Local restaurants within 1-2 blocks of B&B were convenient and delicious. King George neighborhood a historical plus. Thanks Deb and Kit!
25 years is something to celebrate and I'm thrilled we were a part of it. You're still young, so maybe another 25?
