Each elegant guest suite holds a private bath with a Jacuzzi tub or walk-in shower. Relax in the "sweetest, softest robes on earth" and enjoy cookies, complementary wine, fresh fruit, hot beverages and bedside chocolates. Set your own pace as a light breakfast is included from 7:00 until 10:00 am in the dining room to enjoy as you choose.
Every convenience is available: high speed wireless internet, a guest computer, satellite television, VCR, microwave, refrigerator, instant hot/cold filtered water and Bath & BodyWorks products are all included.

We will be on your right - a huge yellow and white Victorian. Pull into the driveway and stop at the door (on your right, flowers and mailbox next to door.)

In addition to the main inn, a two bedroom, one bath home is often available for longer stays and welcomes families with children and pets. Off st. parking, shady,fenced yard with deck, high speed wireless, cable television, VCR, long distance telephone and all utilities are included. Not inspected by HAT as this is our private home.
KW House is NOT part of The Great Stays of Texas (HAT) and has not been inspected by them. It is our private home and can be reserved for stays of 30 days and longer.
City/Hill Country stays also available at our Canyon Lake Ranch estate located 45 minutes from downtown San Antonio and Austin.

Policies
- Minimum stay required (Some weekends, holidays and Fiesta)
- Smoking is allowed in limited areas (Smoking on first floor verandah or in the backyard only)
- Limited accommodations for guest pets (Pets at separate KW House ONLY)
- Limitations on children staying (Children 12 and over at the main inn. Any age at KW House)
- No childcare is provided (Romantic inn designed for adults.)
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Comlplimentary wine served at day's end daily.)
- Deposit amount required (First night of stay except holidays, Fiesta & multiple room reservations.)
- Check in time is 3 - 5:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
- Cancellations:
Policies may vary by date and number of rooms reserved. In general, each room cancelled is fully credited minus a cancellation fee of $25. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival are charged ONLY if the stay is not rebooked. If that occurs, the stay will be charged and a rain check issued and valid for one year from date of cancellation.
Multiple rooms, whole house reservations, weddings and special events have different policies. Please discuss your particular requirements with the innkeeper before reserving your stay. - Accepted by the following agencies:

Carrie is a theater teacher while Robbi's background is in education & antiques. Dan is a retired AF Officer, Experimental/Clinical Psychologist, auctioneer & private pilot.
We are all teachers - university to grade school and are interested in theatre, politics, sailing, gardening & renovating.
Carrie is raising her son at the inn while Dan and Robbi are raising Longhorns at Canyon Lake Ranch (also a bed and breakfast). - The innkeepers speak: a little Spanish, and German
