    Our Bed and Breakfast Inn is located in downtown San Antonio, Texas across the street from the beautifully landscaped Riverwalk and minutes to the Alamo by trolley, the perfect location for business or leisure travel. It is in the National Register of Historic places, King William Historic District, San Antonio, Texas, as an "exceptional" City Historic Landmark. The house was built in 1886 by Albert Beckmann for his bride, Marie Dorothea, daughter of the Guenther Flour Mill family, on the mill grounds. The property was given to Albert and Marie Dorothea as a wedding gift.

    Reservation Policy

    • Check in: 4-5pm    Check out: 11am

    • Minimum stay: weekends

    • Deposit amount required: Our reservation policy requires a one night deposit, to be held with your credit card or a check, and the balance due on arrival.

    • Cancellations: Cancellations need to be made 14 days prior to the reservation for a full refund, less a $20.00 service charge. Our reservation policy for holidays, special events, (both requiring minimum stays of 3-4 days), long stays (three days or more) and the booking of multiple rooms, will require a 1/2deposit for each room (non-refundable) and is due 30 days prior to the reservation. Balance due on arrival. No shows, changing the length of stay, and early departures will be changed the full amount of the reservation.

    We have spent many wonderful nights at the Beckmann going back to early 2005. It has become our regular stay of choice when in San Antonio! First Charles and now Lisa have always made us feel at home, the Breakfasts are always wonderful and we love the Victorian ambience and the location with access to the River Walk without the noise and traffic of being down town.

    Very nice B and B in the beautiful King William district of San Antonio. Close to downtown, but very quiet.

    Location was great! Farther down into the King William neighborhood but was very quiet and very accessible to the streetcar. Stayed in the carriage house which was lovely and breakfast was just right! I will definitely be returning!
