We stay in old hotels all over the state of Texas. Edith and hubby go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. They are doing an incredible job on the hotel. Country living at it's best.

The Daniell's are the most friendliest people on the planet!!! I love staying there, they made us feel at home and like family. Mrs Daniell makes the most incredible gravy with breakfast, it's world famous!!! My son even poured her gravy on absolutely everything. One hunter who was staying there said that he had asked her how he could fly some home to his family to try. haha REALLY GOOD. Room was quiet and comfortable, very down home. The made sure we had everything we needed. I also really enjoyed having coffee with the mayor and some of the locals (which btw, they come every day for the delicious coffee and conversation, it was fun). I would totally recommend this inn. We will be back. :-)

This is a hidden treasure. It is warm, cozy and like going home to Grandma's. Food is out of this world and very plentiful. After a few short hours you feel like one of the family. I have made many return trips and have had family events at Travelers Inn. My entire family loved the experience.

Sweet, accomadating couple run this small hotel converted into a B&B. Inn mainly designed to attract hunters who come in for the quail season or those interested in Old Settlers Day. Meals were simple West Texas fare but filling. Our room was spacious and clean but on the plain side. Notice the elaborate wood floors throughout. The owners put these in themselves. Our stay ran about $80 for one night and two meals for two persons. We had a private bath and cable TV. All and all, very adequate for our needs.
