We were very pleased with the hotel. Had wanted to stay there coming from atexas to NM on several occasions and nlly to round to it. We will Tay again or sure. Really nice and we love the garden area! Thanks

Hotels in Lubbock were full due to graduation, so we decided to stay in Post, TX at the Hotel Garza Bed & Breakfast. Will likely stay here in future trips to Lubbock, even though it's 38 miles to Lubbock.

The Hotel Garza was the centerpiece of a weekend getaway for a birthday and Mothers Day combined. Post is a delightful little town, and the hotel is located right in the thick of the action. A wonderful place and wonderful people.

Cancellations: Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel your stay with us, we will be happy to refund your deposit, less a $30 service charge per room, provided that you give more than two weeks notice. Within two weeks, and up to 48 hours before your arrival date, we will refund the deposit if we are able to re-rent the room for the same rate. A $30 service charge per room will apply. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, you will lose your deposit and be charged for the entire stay. For Special event weekends or when you or your party reserve more than (4) four rooms, you must give more than 30 days notice. If we are able to re-rent the rooms within 30 days and up to 48 hours before your arrival date we will refund your charges less the 25% deposit. If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival date, you will be charged for the entire stay. Early departures are regarded as cancellations. Reserving the entire Bed & Breakfast requires a non-refundable deposit of $200 a night and a minimum of 60 days cancellation notice. Cancellations with less than 60 days notice and no-shows will be charged the full amount unless the Bed & Breakfast can be re-booked.

I would highly recommend the Hotel Garza for anyone who will be anywhere near this spot in West Texas, only 40 minutes away from Lubbock. The interior is stunning, the host and hostess are marvelous, and the breakfast was delicious. The best part to me was the beautiful library with the pressed tin ceiling and the fireplace - I felt like I had gone back in time.

My husband surprised me with a getaway for the weekend after Valentine's Day. When we arrived I was told that we were in for a "Murder Mystery Evening." The suite room that my husband booked was wonderful and the evening was one of the most fun things I have participated in within the Lubbock area. I highly reccommend it to others that are able to participate. I have already booked the entire hotel for December 2013 for an employee Holiday Murder Mystery Party.

Will take about 50 minutes from Lubbock Airport.
