I was part of the 9 girls weekend away, which was great fun. And if the couples that stayed here the same weekend thought that it was peaceful and wonderful with the 9 of us staying there as well, it is a testimony to the well built, well maintained quality of this lovely home! One quick mention of the fantastic sheets and robes to go along with with two of the most outstanding breakfasts I have ever had in my 35 years of staying in B & Bs...or any restaurant for that matter. My husband and I prefer B&B over hotel rooms. I can't wait to bring him to Lambs Rest Inn soon.

My wife and I spent a long weekend here and fell in love with this place. We will be coming back again and again and telling all our friends about this beautiful little B&B. The scenery is wonderful and peaceful. The breakfasts are simply outstanding. Each morning was something new and delicious. And the portions were such that we skipped lunch and spent the day walking around Gruene and soaking up the atmosphere. And afterwards we would come back and enjoy the restful silence. If you are looking to unwind and enjoy the hill country, look no further.

I just spent the weekend at Lambs Rest Inn with eight other girlfriends. We get together once a year and are longtime friends. The facilities are wonderful, as are the hosts, George and Judy. Everything about them and their service was superior. However, the real treat is the breakfasts served to us on Saturday and Sunday mornings; they were some of the best we've ever eaten! (And we've eaten a LOT of quality breakfasts!!) The food presentation was spectacular, but the quality and taste were even better! There are many wonderful places to stay and things to do in New Braunfuls, but Lambs Rest Inn ought to be on your list of "to dos" while in town. Thank you again; it was truly our honor to be in your estabishment!!

We had an opportunity to get away in the middle of the week and it was so quiet and peaceful. A great place to stay and decorated so festively for Christmas. Within easy distance of several good tourist attractions, the Lambs Rest Inn is a wonderful place to stay. We will definitely return!
