Experience the elegance with old-fashioned Texas hospitality by staying overnight in one of three exquisite guest rooms. The rooms are furnished in period antiques with four poster King or Queen size beds, each room having a private bath, ceiling fans,carpeted flooring, cable TV, fresh flowers, and individual climate control which add to your comfort. Continental Breakfast pantry is provided each morning until 10:00 A.M. On Saturdays and Sundays a complimentary full breakfast is available across the street at the historic Fredonia Hotel Cafe' from 6:00 A.M. - 9:45 A.M. during your stay.

    From Dallas: I20 East to TxHwy 259 South. Outside of Nacogdoches take Business 59 South into town. Pass SFA State University approx 1 1/2 mile, turn left (east) on Main Street. Pass the town square and proceed thru 1 light. Turn left on N. Church St. (ONE WAY STREET). The Jones house is on the left hand side in this block. Turn into the large parking lot on the south side of the house.

      A $25 per room cancellation fee is charged to your credit card for cancellations.If cancellation is made less than 7 days before arrival and we are unable to re-book your room, then the full room rate for your entire stay will be charged. Full room rates will be charged to credit card for no shows. We realize that cancellations can not always be avoided. If you are able to reserve another availabale date within 30 days of your originally scheduled stay, we will apply the $25 fee towards your stay.
