Woodrow House Bed & Breakfast

Woodrow House provides modern convenience with old fashion hospitality and atmosphere. This three-story inn, built in 1995 by the owners and hosts David and Dawn Fleming, features seven rooms with private baths and a large gathering area where guests can relax, read, chat or watch TV. Rooms include the Victorian, President's, Alumni, 50's, Lone Star, and Granny's Attic and are decorated according to their name. There are TV's, high speed internet, wireless internet and private bathrooms in all the rooms. The property boasts beautiful antiques, claw foot tubs, 10 ft. ceilings, rosette trim and an elegant dining room where you can enjoy a full breakfast.

    Take Loop 289 to University Avenue. Turn West onto 19th Street. Turn Left onto Boston Avenue. We are on the Southeast corner of Boston and 19th Street.

  • Directions from airport:
    1: Head South approximately 1 mile from Airport on Martin Luther King Boulevard (only road leaving airport). 2: After about a mile you will come to a flashing red light and a four way stop sign. This is Regis Street and you will want to turn right. You will see a Budget car rental place on the Southwest corner of the intersection and a covered long term parking lot on the Southeast corner. 3: Go approximately 1 mile West until reaching Interstate 27 (runs North and South). Go under the Interstate. Turn left at the flashing light to go South on the Interstate. 4: Stay on the Interstate for approximately 5 miles until seeing Exit 3 for Hwy 114 - Levelland Hwy 62 - Floydada and 19th Street. Take Exit # 3. 5: Turn right on 19th Street (Hwy 114). You will be heading West. 6: Approximately 2 miles from the Interstate you will reach Boston Avenue. 7: At the signal light turn left onto Boston Avenue, then turn left again into our parking lot. 8: The Bed and Breakfast is on the southeast corner of Boston Avenue and 19th Street.

    • Smoking is allowed in limited areas (You may smoke on the porches or balcony)
    • Limited accommodations for guest pets (Typically not, but we have made exceptions in the past)
    • Children are welcome (Supervised Children Allowed)
    • No childcare is provided
    • Consumption of alcohol is permitted
    • Deposit amount required (Credit card or first night stay. We will charge a $15 deposit per room per day.)
    • Check in time is 5-7 PM and Check out time is 11 AM
    • Cancellations:
      A Nonrefundable $15 deposit per room, per night, is required upon booking any rooms. The deposit will go towards the price of the room, when you stay. The deposit will not be refunded if for any reason if you cancel. Reservations canceled with less than two weeks notice will be charged full price.

    For a unique experience, try our Santa Fe Caboose Suite that is located in our back yard.Our Alumni room is most popular during Football Season.  GO TECH!!
    Come enjoy a full breakfast in our elegant dining room.Victorian room features a queen-size bedroom suite which dates from the 1880's and was purchased from Curly's Antiques in Anton, Texas.
    Our President's Room is on the first floor and is decorated with lots of Presidential memorabilia.Enjoy the unique living area in the Caboose!
    Relax to Harp music or while putting together a puzzle in our Gathering Room.You will sleep well among the lace, fluffy pillows and lovely antiques in our Victorian Room on its Queen size bed.
    Our 50's room is a must for Buddy Holly fans.  Enjoy the life sized Stained Glass Buddy Holly singing and playing his guitar.
