Valcour Verandas two story Ballroom with an 18 foot ceiling seats 100, making this room ideal for any function from a business meeting to a wedding.With two rooms and a spacious 560 square feet, the Veranda Suite is private and luxurious. The suite features beautiful wide plank pine flooring and painted wood ceilings with wide crown mouldings. The Veranda Suite has a private entrance. The Veranda Sunrise Room includes a private restroom with marble floors and a shower, closet with a minifridge and microwave, queen size bed and a 32" Aquos LCD HDTV with both satellite and cable. A ceiling fan and dimmer-controlled ceiling lighting complete the atmosphere. The Veranda Sunset Room is separated by heavy double doors and features a queen size futon and dining area. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, but smokers can use the veranda. Veranda Suite guests have private off-the-street parking on the brick circle driveway. The Veranda Suite sleeps 4; each additional guest after 2 is $20 per night.
The Magnolia House is outside the main house. The house includes a queen size bed, flat screen TV, full kitchen, cookware, large bathroom with jacuzzi tub, seperate shower, two sinks, flat screen TV and washer-dryer.The Veranda Sunrise Room includes a queen sized futon and breakfast table with a private entrance and veranda.
Our on site chef offers a wide range of catering services, including brunches, buffets, formal dinners and finger foods.Valcour Verandas provides a quiet, relaxing atmosphere year round.
