Built in the prairie style circa 1920 and accented by large shade trees and an expansive lawn, the Delta Street Inn, a Jefferson, Texas bed and breakfast, was lovingly restored to welcome the traveler whose taste for comfort is matched by an eye for quality. Tucked away in the historic port town of Jefferson, TX, the bed and breakfast capital of East Texas, the inn serves a discerning clientele. Those who stay with us prefer their retreat from the everyday world to be casual, and above all private. Relax in a decor of cozy new furnishings and accent antique pieces with just the right touch of modern amenities, including WIFI access. Our parlor has a comfortable sofa and chairs for visiting or catching up on some reading. Enjoy a hearty breakfast in our dining room complimented by early morning coffe and tea. Watch television or play games in our game room. Our common area is equipped with coffee makers, hot water, a selection of teas, hot chocolate, and snacks. A refrigerator is stocked with bottled water and soft drinks. We also provide a special home-baked treat in the afternoon. Enjoy the expansive lawn on your private balcony, the gazebo, or the Texas-sized front porch overlooking flower gardens and the amiable company of hummingbirds and butterflies. For the business traveler, we offer wireless Internet and a desk in most rooms. It is a short walk among tree-lined streets featuring beautiful historic homes to downtown Jefferson, where you will find antique stores, gift shops, and restaurants.

Delta Street Inn is a beautiful Bed and Breakfast. We drove all around the town and there are many, many B/B's but Delta Street is by far the nicest. It was a wonderful weekend there. K/J

We met friends for a 3 day visit, and this was a great place to stay....had our "happy hours" on one of the second story decks! Delicious breakfasts and very friendly, helpful hosts.

We spent one night at this inn and it was lovely, as are the owners. Quiet, comfortable, and beautiful setting.

We had a wonderful time staying at the Delta Street Inn. Our hosts were not only informative but very entertaining as well. They offered a great many extra touches you can't get at a hotel. This was by far the nicest place we have stayed in Jefferson and we have stayed in all of the hotel/motels in town. You will not be disappointed staying here.

We recently enjoyed a three-night stay at Delta Street Inn in one of the two second-story rooms that open onto private roof-top balconies. It was definitely worth the extra cost to be able to enjoy the open-air space for morning coffee and afternoon happy hour. FYI, room 1 gets the afternoon sun; room 3 gets morning sun. Owners Bob and Pam were welcoming and helpful with suggestions for sightseeing options, and our room was pleasant and comfortable. Little touches like complimentary bathrobes, morning coffee available upstairs at the push of a button, and a selection of plump pillows (if you need a flat, pliable one, bring your own) were added bonuses. Pam's breakfasts in the light and airy dining room were a treat. Cold bottled water, hot tea, coffee and homemade cookies are available all the time, self-serve and free of charge. The upstairs was fully occupied one of the nights we were there, but noise from other rooms was non-existent. We felt like we had a great home base for our exploring of Jefferson and are glad we ended up at Delta Street Inn.

Absolutely great! Such a wonderful house, and Bob and Pam are great hosts. They even made us little breakfast bags for the road when we had to leave early. We will definitely return!

My wife and I have stayed here twice. Both times were to celebrate our anniversary. Each time has been great! We will be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed stay in Delta Street Inn. Bob and Pam are super hosts. They made us feel welcome, made sure we were happy and served a wonderful breakfast. They are a good team. The home felt so comfortable. They made great recommendations of other places to see and eat. They have thought of everything. We would highly recommend Delta Street Inn and look forward to staying there again. Thanks Bob and Pam

This is my first B&B experience and it was wonderful! Pam and Bob are exceptional hosts, providing outstanding accommodations. This visit was my gift to my daughter, a belated b-day girls trip... and from start to finish, our stay was absolutely perfect! All of the amenities you would expect are at your fingertips and much more! All rooms are beautiful and well appointed, we stayed in Room One, has a nice, large bathtub and a wonderful, private balcony! Make it your home away from home when in Jefferson... we did, and will again! Thank you to Pam and Bob for a very special visit!
