Pam and Bob Thomas made our weekend getaway all that we hoped for and more. We have visited this warm home more than once and we are already anticipating our next trip to our favorite B&B!!

Bob and Pam were so warm and friendly. I felt so at home. Coffee, cookies and sodas were always available. The room was very clean and beautiful. There was plenty of room and the decor was warm and inviting. The breakfast was to die for. Will I come back? Yes!

We had a great time at this B&B. The owners are really great people and the food was AMAZING! Rooms were very comfy and accommodating. We will definitely go back!

The room was very clean. The bed was as comfortable as my bed at home. My wife was able to get a massage in our room which made the trip even more relaxing. The food was outstanding and the hosts are extremely pleasant.

This was our Valentine's Getaway and I am so happy we picked the Delta Street Inn. It was my first B&B ever, and it was a wonderful experience. The house is gorgeous, our balcony was fabulous, and the breakfasts were divine. Bob and Pam are excellent hosts.

Delta Street Inn is the Best! We just returned from our third stay at this delightful Inn. It is warm, inviting, clean and comfy. The little bedtime treats were a yummy extra. As we were leaving, we booked another stay. Pam and Bob are wonderful inn keepers!

We had a great stay here, the owners were so nice and helpful! It was very clean, comfortable and nice.

Bed was very comfortable and room spacious. There is a very nice game room and a small refrig in dining room with complimentary soda, water and snacks. We would stay there again if we were to go to Jefferson.

Rooms are large, bed very comfortable. Ours had a nice private porch. Bathroom had a table so we could have a place for toiletries, a bonus. And all was very clean. Unfortunately, the wifi wasn't working while we were there, but the owners didn't realize til we told them. Tech couldn't come on weekend. Wasn't a big deal. This is a train town, and trains come through ALL night, so bring earplugs or a white noise machine. Certainly not Delta Street Inn's fault, but for a light sleeper, quite annoying. Breakfast was fabulous; home cooked and huge. But the best part was chatting with the owners, clearly quite involved in this quaint town.

Delta Inn is a uniquely wonderful place, quite and relaxing . The rooms are cozy, comfortably decorated, impeccably clean and very well appointed with high quality bed linens . Offie ,Jo ,Gregg and myself feel as comfortable as you are in your own home. Pam ‘s breakfasts are delicious and the right portion , the table pleasantly set and Bob's service and conversation very special. The common areas are equally impressive and the property is very nice. Filled with wonderful Christmas decoration in your bedroom and a cup of coffee was available when you wake up in the morning . We will definitely be staying here during our return visits to the area I salute for a great job. Rey R Sarmiento

My husband and I recently stayed for 2 nights at the Delta Street Inn. It is beautiful. Our room was spotless, and the breakfasts were great. Pam & Bob are gracious hosts. You can't miss with this B&B. We will be back!!

My wife and I spent November 11th and 12th at Delta Street Inn, first time we have stayed at a B&B. The room was great, breakfast was very good, better than most restaurants I have been to. But what really makes the Inn is Pam and Bob they make you feel at home like you have know them for a long time. If we are back in the area of Jefferson I know where I would prefer to stay. We stayed in room 5 ground floor. A real nice quiet room now there are 4 more rooms left to try. Thank you Pam and Bob.

I researched about 20 B & Bs before choosing Dealta Street and chose it based on their website and the reviews I read from other people. Their website was the best of all and the reviews accurately described what we actually experienced. Bob and Pam are pros in the B & B business, great hosts and deliver an excellant value.

The B&B was very clean and updated. We have stayed in many B&Bs in the past and this one did not really stand out for anything in perticular. Was very clean, nice room and comfortable bed. Breakfast was good.

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Delta Street Inn the weekend of our wedding. We could not have been more pleased with the charm of this place. The owners are incredibly hospitable and the house is beautiful. Please consider this as your first choice when staying in the area. It's definitely one of the best choices in Jefferson.

My wife and I spent the nights of October 17-18, 2012 at Delta Street Inn. The house is beautiful, the downstairs room is attractive and comfortable and the hosts, Bob and Pam Thomas were gracious. I highly recommend Delta Street Inn to anyone visiting Jefferson.

Bob and Pam were very warm and inviting and not to mention personable. Pam cooked an awesome breakfast each morning and the rooms were very nice. The private balcony is truly a pleasure and though I thought the chairs would be uncomfortable, I was very wrong. They are very nice and we enjoyed getting up in the morning and sitting on the balcony enjoying the view and the fresh air. If we go back to Jefferson, we will definitely be staying there! The town itself has it's ups and downs, one major one being the train that seems to come through every 20 mins. Just as we get to fall asleep, that train would wake us up. Some of the people in the shops stated they didn't care for tourists and were not very pleasant and most restaurants close shop at 3 or 4pm. Besides those downs, the town is very slow paced and very calming and relaxing. We did enjoy our stay at The Delta Inn very much, that was probably the best part of the trip and the hosts were WONDERFUL! Jefferson will probably not be a place I would frequent much, but if I do, this is where I want to stay.

We have stayed here on several occassions and have always had a great experience. Bob & Pam are wonderful people. They have always made us feel very welcome. Looking forward to seeing them again in February for Mardi Gras. Rhonda

We needed a weekend away from our hustle & bustle! Delta Street Inn was perfect for this! Although, the kitchen was closed due to the owners being on vacation, we were very happy with our experience. We will return to Delta Street to experience Pam's cooking!

This was our first trip to Jefferson, Texas and we stayed at The Delta Street Inn. We knew the moment we drove up, we were pleased with our choice to stay at Delta Street Inn. This B&B is nestled at the dead end of Delta Street. Beautiful B&B inside and out. Very welcoming, cozy and clean. Bob & Pam made us feel like family and we hated to leave. Breakfast was five star..we enjoyed the talks with Bob & Pam each morning after breakfast. Wonderful experience and we will definitely be back. We really enjoyed our stay on the first night of a 3 week auto trip. We enjoyed talking to Pam over breakfast and left an hour after we intended because we were having such a great conversation about Jefferson and travel. Would love to go back when Jefferson is having one of their home tours.

Tv in bedroom is too small can not see picture very well. Nice big tv screen downstairs. There is a DVD player but not DVDs to watch. Everything else was awesome!

My wife and I celebrated our 23rd Anniversary here. In a word... PERFECT!! I called and asked for flowers to be put in the room to surprise my wife. I could have not done better if I had pick them out myself. Immediately upon entering the home you feel welcome. The property and the home are beautiful. I had no idea we would be sitting down to such a wonderful breakfast. Pam and Bob, Thank you so much. The home dosen't make a B&B, the hosts do, and the two of you do it very well. We stayed in the one room with the double bed, because all the king rooms were booked. I personally prefer a king, but the double room was very nice. Only suggestion would be for the TV to be upgraded as it is very small and an older model. Breakfast was wonderful. Bob made some great recommendations for us which we really enjoyed.

The food was delicious. The hosts were very gracious. I really liked the large rooms and also the snacks that were available. There was off street parking which was great since Jefferson has so little of it.

The very tiny tv in the very big cabinet was a real surprise. And the brownies that were in the cake holder the entire visit were surprising as well. But the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

What a wonderulf B&B. We counldn't have found a more lovely place to stay. The rooms were decorated beautifully and the inn keepers were warm and welcoming. We took in the play put on by the local thespians and were delighted with the performance. A great little town with great shops and beautiful old historic homes. We will certainly return and stay at the Delta Street Inn as it was exceptional and we hightly recommend it. Oh yes almost forgot fantastic breakfast!!!!!!

Leave the crowds in Dallas and spend the weekend in charming Jefferson. The Delta Inn welcomes you with open arms. Tastefully and carefully decorated, you just want to settle in with a glass of iced tea on the expansive front porch and enjoy the slow life of East Texas. Beautiful Inn! Bob and Pam were so friendly and accommodating to our every need. The rooms were spacious and atmosphere was so comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was AMAZING! We booked 3 rooms total, and we enjoyed the Inn very much! Our stay there made our weekend just that much more special! Memories were made, and we will be back!

This B&B was more than we expected. Beautiful East Texas setting with a wonderful home. Rooms were very nice with a huge bed, great bath and very clean. The room for the price was unbelievable. Bob and Pam were great host. They were very knowledgeable about the city and surrounding area. The breakfast was to die for. Simply put, You will not be disapppointed.

We stayed for 2 nights over a holiday weekend and couldn't have been happier about our selection or the advice that we received from Bob about evening dining options around town. The breakfasts were absolutely delicious and Pam and Bob made us feel right at home.

This was our first stay at a B & B. My husband and I came here to renew or wedding vows. We can't say enough about this adorable Inn! Pam and Bob made our day so special! Pam took excellent pictures of us, that we will enjoy showing for years to come. The room was beautiful, the bed was so soft, and everything was so clean! Pam made outstanding breakfasts! She is an excellent cook! We enjoyed very much talking with her over breakfast the two mornings we were there. The two of them are very active in this wonderful little town of Jefferson. I can say I actually fell in love with the quaint little town of Jefferson, and of course Delta Street Inn B & B, and Pam, Bob and Heidi!! Hope to get to go back again soon!

Wow, we had an awesome stay! The bed was very comfortable, plus we enjoyed a spacious and PRIVATE bathroom. The owners were very friendly and accomodating. Plus, they are active in the community.I can't say enough about the gourmet breakfast! YUMMY doesn't quite hit it! We will definately stay here again!

Delta Street Inn and Jefferson, Texas make a great combination when one is looking for a respite from the busyness of life. The inn is warm and welcoming, and Bob and Pam are are both professional and personal in their service. Jefferson has plenty to see and do. With its sense of pride and wealth of historical information, it is a community that works well together to provide an experience that feels more like visiting beloved relatives rather than merely sight-seeing. If, however, one wishes to be still, Delta Street Inn provides beautifully appointed rooms, a lovely front porch and gazebo overlooking well-tended grounds accompanied by delicate birdsong for just the right setting to rest and relax. We plan to return!

We were in Jefferson for a wedding and needed a place that accepted a 1 day reservation. Delta Street Inn offered a King room for a 1 day stay. We were disappointed that we only had one day to spend, however. We would have loved to stay longer. The owners were on hand to greet us and were very hospitable. I cannot write a review without raving about the excellent breakfast. I have stayed at several B&B's before, but none has a breakfast that compares with the quality of the one we received at Delta Street Inn. We were already planning a return trip before we check-out.

This is at least an annual visit to Pam and Bob's little piece of heaven. It doesn't get any better than this. Definitely recommend.

The little extras make the difference...a fridge stocked with cold drinks...snacks sitting out all the time. Our room with a private balcony was wonderful...and Pam works really hard and does a wonderful job to prepare superior breakfasts

We had a great time at Delta Street Inn. We stayed two nights in room 2. This was not a typical B&B in its decor. It wasn't overly flowery and all that, just classicly styled and clean. The hospitality was very warm and the breakfast was very good. The prices were a very good value for what we got. We would definitely like to come back some time and would recommend it to anyone who is planning to come to Jefferson.

This was the third year we have visited Pam and Bob and The Delta Inn. We met "repeaters" for the second and third year in a row.Breakfasts sounded like "old home week" and it was. The food was great and we had a great time planning our next visit with Pam and Bob. We love the little town of Jefferson. Lots of history. Friendly people. We spend a few days at Christmas to see the decorated homes and various Christment plays and pagents. We have been to a number od B&B's and the Delta Inn is number one on our list. Pam and Bob are wonderful hosts and we all become "family".

Spent three nights at Delta Street during the Pulpwood Queen Weekend. Absolutely lovely accommodations. Rooms were large and well furnished. Bed perfect. And breakfast was to die for ... all three days. I could get used to this kind of service and attention to detail.

We have stayed several places when visiting Jefferson in the past. Once we were introduced to the Delta Street Inn, the others paled in comparison. The breakfasts are devine, the conversation is always wonderful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable -especially room 1!, and Pam and Bob are like family-- so is little Heidi the doxie. We have been coming on a regular basis for the past five years and would not even consider staying anywhere else in town. Delta Street Inn B&B pays attention to the details. The Inn is spacious and well decorated. So often in historic B&B the rooms are over decorated and cluttered. The well decorated rooms give you plenty of space to relax. The breakfast is one of the most enjoyable features. The food is excellent while combined with Bob and Pam hospitality the time is filled with lively conversations. The is the biggest benefit is the on site host who are there to take care of your every need but give you the privacy to enjoy your time together.

Great place to stay - Pam & Bob are awesome. Home is beautiful and 'homey', not overwhelmed with antiques as many of the others in Jefferson are. Great breakfast and service. We stayed for ~1 hour after breakfast talking with them. They are a sweet couple.

A lovely stay at Delta Street Inn. Coming from the UK, we were intrigued with the town, the place, the atmosphere and the wonderful buildings, of which Delta Street is one. Our bedroom contained every little luxury I could think of. Pam and Bob gave us a wonderful welcome and were extremely helpful. Especially notable was the breakfast, which was hosted like party where guests were invited to sit and talk and get to know each other while eating delicious fare. Thank you from Charlotte and Phil.

Dad and I took a day trip to Jefferson to visit our family land and stayed at the Delta Street Inn overnight. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Everything was spic and span, beautifully furnished. a grand breakfast, and very gracious hosts. I will be sure to stay with Pam and Bob again.

Pam and Bob are wonderful hosts and made our visits very enjoyable. We stayed at the Delta Street Inn on our way to Arkansas and enjoyed it so much we decided to stay on the way back as well! We loved their beautifully restored home, its location, and Pam's scrumptious breakfasts. Most of all, we enjoyed Pam and Bob, their welcoming spirit, and their obvious desire to do everything possible to make our stay just perfect. We'll be back when we can stay longer!

The Delta Street Inn was great and the hosts were, too. The inn was clean and friendly. We loved lounging on the big front porch since the weather was just right. Pam & Bob were welcoming and helpful. The town of Jefferson is quaint and historical. We enjoyed shopping around town, meeting the friendly folks there, and eating at the wonderful restaurants in town. Nearby Caddo Lake was also interesting and we thoroughly enjoyed our pontoon boat tour of the lake. We'd like to go back sometime.

Though B/B's are titled Bed and Breakfast, the breakfast is usually a table of muffins or breakfast served impersonally. At Delta Street, the host/hostess both act as server and conversationalists. We actually met and enjoyed our fellow occupants. The first morning there, we had a couple from London, a man from Australia, and three folks from the USA! What a great time! Ron and Susie Newton

We spent a weekend there this month. Very nice house, great room, excellent breakfast, and extremely nice host and hostess. We will return to Delta Street Inn in the future.

This is an amazing B&B. Bob and Pam are attentive but not envasive. The rooms are spacious, clean and have all amenities. The food is very good. My only suggestion --avoid the Jefferson's Hamburgers. Horrible. Eat at the Austin Street Cafe.

We recently stayed one night here. The house is not remarkable in any way, but it is comfortable enough. The town is not worth the stop...it's basically dead downtown. What is alive and well is the noise of the trains...nonstop every hour all night long. Afternoon refreshments could have been better. Our hosts were friendly, but busy with gardening and on the computer when we arrived and we had to wait awhile to check in. All of the other rooms were taken by a family having a reunion, so we were the odd couple out. My husband and I did not care to wait until 9:00 a.m. for breakfast, so we left.

Recently several of my girlfriends and I spent the weekend at the Delta Street Inn. What a surprise! Nothing could have been better! The rooms, the food, the owners were great! Friendly, trusting, gracious! And Jefferson was a wonderful getaway!

Bob and Pam run a very nice B&B. They are very warm and welcoming, and the Inn was spotlessly clean. A very relaxing atmosphere, and the breakfast was large, and very tasty! We do hope to visit again!

I selected this B&B for a girls weekend getaway and the girlfriends I traveled with were so impressed. The property was comfortable, nicely decorated (without the frills and lace of so many B&Bs) and Pam and Bob were wonderful hosts. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay at Delta St inn so much so that I proposed to my girlfriend under the gazebo one glorious evening. The hosts Pam and Bob are very welcoming and always happy to offer advice. The breakfast was excellent and we had a perfect stay. The rooms have fantastic touches including personalised toiletries. We travelled en route from Memphis and needed a good nights sleep which we got. Jefferson is also excellent, really quaint and oldie worldy.

Everything about the Delta Street Inn was first class. We were allowed to drop our bags off early to give us the day free of having to watch them. Room was very roomy but also cozy with plenty of room in the bathroom for two. Private balcony was spectacular to sit out and look at the stars. I have stayed at many of the B&B's in Jefferson and The Delta Street Inn is at the top of the list. Will be the only option on our next visit.

This was our second stay at the Delta Street Inn; the first was shortly after they opened. We knew then that this would be an outstanding B&B. The rooms were spotlessly clean, the breakfast was par excellence and the hosts delightfully congenial. Highly recommended for an overnight, or longer, getaway.

Delta Street Inn is an amazing bed and breakfast and was one of the delights of my business travels this year. Normally, I stay in a hotel. If Pam & Bob had a bed and breakfast in every city, that's where I would stay. The room was beautiful, sparkling clean, and comfortable. I had to leave early to work with a school and Pam got up early just to fix me a breakfast. It was refreshing to come back to a gorgeous, historic location and have someone asking me how my day went. Hotels just don't do that. I highly recommend Delta Street Inn and hope that Jefferson ISD asks Glenna Tabor Consulting to do more work so I have a reason to stay here again!

My wife and I went on a "babymoon" before our third child was born and stayed at Delta Street Inn B&B and absolutely loved it. We truly enjoyed our visit to Jefferson and more importantly, to the Delta Street Inn. We had a wonderful time and loved our room with the balcony. Even though it was 107 outside, we still enjoyed the balcony everyday. And Pam and Bob were such delightful hosts - and we certainly did not go hungary with those delicious breakfast Pam cooked each morning. Everyone should try Delta Street Inn - you will love it!

We came to visit for our anniversary, and we had the most wonderful stay. Jefferson is a beautiful charming place, and you feel like you are stepping back in time to a peaceful retreat, and the Delta Street Inn was the icing on the cake! The rooms were even more beautiful in person than the pictures, and the food was incredible, we were so full from breakfast that we skipped lunch all together! We felt so relaxed, and it was the perfect romantic getaway. Not to mention the price was far less than many that are in town, and I feel like you get a great value for the cost! My husband planned an 18th wedding anniversary get away for us. We stayed at the Delta Street Inn and thoroughly enjoyed it. The home was very clean and well kept. Our room had a private balcony where we enjoyed fresh coffee together each morning. The breakfast was filling and delicious. There were plenty of snacks, cold water bottles and sodas available. We enjoyed a carriage ride which picked us up from the Inn. The innkeepers were delightful. We highly recommend this lovely Inn and look forward to going back soon.

From start to finish an awesome experience! After reserving our room Bob emailed me a complete packet including a local map which came in very handy when trying to find the B&B once in Jefferson! He and Pam made a point of introducing themselves and are the most pleasant and friendliest people you could ever meet. The house is clean and had all the comforts of home...including a game/entertainment room and complimentary water and sodas and snacks! Breakfast was awesome and the location is nestled away in a beautiful and peaceful B&B community. We found our stay to be most relaxing and tranquil and also found that there was a lot to do if ralaxation was not the sole purpose of your visit. Jefferson is full of nice friendly people and I will definitely visit again!

Our one night stay while traveling was a pleasant surprise. The Inn was very attractive, clean and quiet. Bob and Pam were friendly, cheerful and obviously enjoy being innkeepers. The Delta Street Inn was everything we love about B&B's the cozyness and warmth of a home and the cleanliness, elegance & class of a hotel. The Delta Street Inn was the perfect place to stay and explore historic Jefferson for our 1 year anniversary. Bob & Pam are especially helpful, but also are very considerate of privacy. Breakfast was delicious and we enjoyed the company of the other guests around the breakfast table. We will definitely stay again if we visit Jefferson again.

Everything was perfect...I honestly couldn't tell you anything to improve. I WILL definitely choose this B&B for my next visit to Jefferson!!

It was our first experience at a B&B and it complied with the "golden rule' that says that "you only have one chance to make a first impression". It will be difficult in the future to improve the quality of this one, when looking in othe towns and locations. Keep it up!

This was my 5th time to stay at the Delta Street Inn and each time it is just as great as the time before. This visit was exciting because we had 13 ladies from my church and some had never been to Jefferson at all and some had never stayed in a B & B. Some had to stay at other B & B's because of the number that we had. My friend that stayed with me has 3 children and has had a very stressful year and really needed a stress-free weekend and staying at the Delta Street Inn is just what she needed. We stayed during spring break this year and had an absolutely amazing time. Bob and Pam made us feel so welcome in their home, and it's such a beautiful place to stay! We loved that Delta St was easy to find, with plenty of parking and enough land around it to really stretch your legs. Each breakfast was filling, well prepared and tasty, plus the extra snacks - available throughout the day - were an added bonus. This was out first stay at a bed and breakfast in Jefferson and it was absolutely delightful!

I've stayed in a number of B&B's in Jefferson, but since finding Delta Street Inn, I haven't stayed anywhere else. I think I've stayed 10 Nights or so and found Bob and Pam warm-the rooms perfectly clean-and the meals very top-notch. Easy to get to and close to town but far enough for quiet. I've been obsessing over the amazing cheese grits we had for breakfast after our first night at the Delta Street Inn! But it's just one of many details that made our anniversary getaway so memorable here. Bob and Pam are the perfect hosts, and the hotel itself is the perfect blend of vintage charm and immaculate upkeep. My husband and I stayed in a room without a private balcony, and it was cozy and comfortable. Next time, though, we'll give those balconies a try!

We were just getting away for the weekend. Lots of trains for a small town! We felt relaxed, bed was a little "short sheeted" Food excellant. Price was a little high for retired persons. But everything is doing up except retirement benefits

A friend and I stayed at your lovely home during Girlfriends' Weekend. What a delight!!! Room 4 was spacious, full of charm and an extremely comfortable king bed. Each morning we were served a gourmet breakfast. The service was outstanding and all of our needs were quickly met. Thank you for your hospitality. We will return.

We had a great visit at the Inn...it was everthing we had hoped it would be. From the beautiful rooms, great food, lovely Christmas decorations, fireplaces and even the yummy cookies. The gingerbread men even had red hot buttons on them! We were treated like royalty. Pam and Bob are the best hosts!

My mother and sister and I had a wonderfully restful stay at Delta Street Inn. The electric fireplaces were a real hit with us and we enjoyed the beautiful Christmas decor. The beds were very comfortable and the food was delicious. We especially enjoyed the cute gingerbread cookies and variety of hot teas by the livingroom fire.

This was our first stay at the Delta Street Inn but Bob and Pam Thomas make you feel right at home. The Inn itself is lovely and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the friendly atmosphere resulted in lively conversation with all the guests as though we had known each other for years. A great place to stay.

We have stayed with Bob and Pam three times now for our weekend getaways. They always suggest something new for us to try in Jefferson and this visit included a trip to Caddo Lake for a guided tour which was both informative and fun. We look forward to many more visits and especially enjoy visiting with Bob and Pam at breakfast. They are great hosts at a great location.

My mother and I enjoyed our stay in fabulous Room 4, upstairs. We had a great bed, fireplace and charming adjoining bathroom. Pam and Bob were very gracious and fun to be with. It was so nice having drinks and homemade cookies available. We loved the breakfast with a gourmet menu, formal table service, and great conversations with our hosts and other guests. We plan to stay there again in January. You won't go wrong with this B & B!

I've been a guest at the Delta Street Inn twice and cannot say enough nice things about it and the owners, Bob and Pam. The rooms are gorgeous and meticulous as are the grounds around the home. Guests are invited to help themselves to freshly baked cookies in the afternoon, a mini-fridge stocked with water and soft drinks, and a full breakfast that is so tasty and filling you may find you don't need lunch at all. I can't wait for my next trip to historic Jefferson and highly recommend you check it out if you want the utmost in luxury and value.

Pam and Bob were great and the house in beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. The location is ideal, a quick walk downtown.

Beautiful house, extremely well kept. Room was very tastefully decorated, we stayed in room 5 which was definately the best room! Very clean room, bed was huge with lots of lovely cushions and pillows on the top. Also provided robes and fresh morning coffee right outside the door so you could have coffee in your robes on the balcony. Pam and Bob were very hospitable and good to chat to. Pam's breakfast's were delicious, I have a special diet and Pam catered to my needs. As a vegetarian who aslo can't eat certain foods Pam cooked a lovely goat cheese omelette and the best blueberry pancakes I've ever tasted! (I don't usually like blueberries but these were fresh ones and they were fab!). Pam also makes some delicious cookies which are left out for guests to enjoy in the dining room. The only downside which is no fault of the owners is that the town of Jefferson has 2 train lines either side of it. The din (large american horn, not like our english trains) from the trains every 30 minutes or so throughout the night meant that we got very little sleep on our 2 night stay. I would've recommended everyone to stay here in the lovely little town (very good antique shops and little cafe's) but only if you can stand the din of these exceptionally loud trains!

Just returned from a three night stay and had a great time. Pam and Bob were fun, helpful and charming innkeepers. Our downstairs room #5 was very large, the bed and linens were extremely good, also there are two other rooms to hang out in with fresh cookies, magazines, games, common fridge, tea, etc. The huge front porch is a fastastic place to relax and watch birds. Do not miss the gourmet breakfasts - you will not need lunch after this great meal! We will return here!

This was our second visit to Delta Street Inn. It was as great as the first time. Pam and Bob made us feel like family. The french toast breakfast was great! We will come again!

We enjoyed our two night stay at the Delta Street Inn. Substitute host Jerry was most gracious and made us feel right at home. He was helpful with his knowledge of things to do and see around town. We had some of the best French toast I had ever eaten for breakfast along with tasty fruit. We enjoyed the private balcony. The only negative thing I could mention would apply to every B&B in Jefferson - Trains! They come through town several times a night blowing their horn all the way through town. We will definitely be back when the weather is cooler so we can enjoy the fireplaces in the rooms.

We stayed at the The Delta Street Inn from Sept 3-5 and it is a great place to relax. The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff very friendly and helpfull. The breakfast was very good but the portions were too small. Overall, 9 out of 10! I highly recommend this B&B! P&V - Houston, TX

My husband and I wanted a weekend getaway, not to far from home, to celebrate our 16th wedding anniversay. We came to Jefferson not knowing where we were going to stay. Thankfully we found the Delta Street Inn. Our room was very cozy and the personal balcony was great! Our weekend was very relaxing and enjoyable. The inn keepers were extremly hospitable. We could not have asked for a better time! I would recomend this place to anyone!

This bed and breakfast is wonderful - a gorgeous craftsman style home with great style. Our room was large, as was our bathroom. We picked this B&B in part because there was no scary wallpaper, no doilies and nothing overwhelmingly floral. The bed was comfy, food good and the location is great - quiet an pretty but just a short walk (maybe 10 minutes) into town.

My husband & I stayed one night and it was very nice. Bed was comfy, room was immaculate. Cookies were delicious. Pam & Bob are both very friendly. Breakfast was very tasty. We will definitely stay again!

A return trip for the wife & I. Brought friends visiting from England to share some Southern hospitality. Bob & Pam are gracious and helpful and the Inn is hard to beat for comfort and warmth. The food and always available goodies are a treat to look forward too. We were impressed with the diversity of the guests at breakfast during this stay and we look forward to next time.

The Delta Street Inn welcomes you in from the moment you drive up. The landscaping and porch are beautiful, and once you step inside, you won't be disappointed. The rooms are lovely and the bathrooms are so spotless that they look brand new! The breakfasts are delicious. Everything about Delta Street Inn is amazing!

Several years ago my husband and I decided instead of purchasing a private vacation home we would find several B&B we liked and stay in them instead. Jefferson is a six hour drive for us so it was going to be where we stayed only for long stays. That was three years ago. We never have gotten around to trying finding other locations. Our daughter liked is so much she made it part of her honeymoon trip. Do not plan on eating lunch because you will still be full from a true gourmet breakfast. The rooms are large; comfort is in every detail and decorated to win any HGTV award. You can relax beyond your room. The game room is a great place spread out or the living room is a peaceful place to read and listen to music. The front porch is a favorite place of ours to relax in the morning or evenings. The grounds are large and because of the trees, shrubs and flowers it reminds you of an old English manor. The hosts live on the property which in this case is a positive. They are available to assist you but understand the important of privacy.

After staying at several different B&B's in Jefferson, I wouldn't stay anywhere else except the Delta Street Inn. Not only is it a great place to stay for leisure, but it can also accommodate a small work group or meeting. The innkeepers, Pam and Bob, are friendly, very accommodating, and exude great southern hospitality. There is always a full breakfast that is filling and delicious. After staying there many times it now feels like my home-away-from-home when I'm in Jefferson.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Delta Street Inn. The room was spacious, well-decorated and the weather was perfect for sitting on the deck. Our room and the house were very clean and the inn is only a short walk from town. Pam and Bob are gracious hosts. The highlight for me was breakfast! It was exactly what I would have tried to serve guests in my own home, only Pam is a much better cook! I would not hesitate to recommend Delta Street Inn!

Pam and Bob were both amazing, not only did they make our stay extremely memorable but they also coordinated our perfect wedding. My wife and I appreciated all that they did. The flowers, the cake, the gazebo, the photographer and the grounds where the cereomony was held was absolutely perfect. On our part it was effortless and worth every penny spent. Pam and Bob were both gracious host and kept things fun. The room we stayed in, number 3, was beautful, clean and came with that "fresh and new" feeling. We felt at home the moment we walked in the front door. As to breakfast, I am not sure who actually made the meals but both of the meals left us wanting more even though we were extremely full. They were delicious!!! (French toast one day and a fritata the next day) It was damn good food!!!! I would recommend the Delta Street Inn to my friends and family. We loved the Delta Street Inn, our first stay in a bed and breakfast and it set the bar fairly high. We are planning a return trip for our 1 year anniversary! The room and the food was awesome, however inn keepers were very stiff and not very friendly, but that is a very small downside, especially when you want to be left alone for a vacation anyway.

We enjoyed our week-end Anniversary celebration and Antique shopping very much. The Breakfast was great and Pam & Bob did a great job. It seemed like we had known them forever. It is an absolutely breath taking atmosphere. Thanks again Pam & Bob for your hospitality.
