Carriage House Bed and Breakfast
The Carriage House, built in the 1920’s is attributed with antique furnishings, hard wood floors and tall ceilings. Enjoy the large parlor, wrap-around porch and garden courtyard. We are located one block from Downtown Shops. Other unique offerings include a gift shop, full breakfast, coffee delivered to your door and afternoon confections.
There are six guest rooms with a variety of bed sizes. Each is tastefully complimented with varying décor themes and has a private bath. Two rooms are in the original house, a garden cottage offers complete privacy, and three rooms are in our elegant new addition.

Breakfast in bed $10/person. Full Breakfast is served with a waffle, quiche or breakfast casserole, sausage, biscuit, juice and coffee. Breakfast begins with a fruit dish or Bananas Royale. Specialty foods are made for diabetics. For low cholesteral diets, egg beaters can be substituted.

- Minimum stay required (For holiday and special event weekends, minimum 2 night stay.)
- Smoking is not allowed ($200 charge for any smoke odor in room. Smkg outside only.)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets
- Limitations on children staying (Children 8 and over are welcome)
- No childcare is provided
- Check in time is 3:00 pm and Check out time is 11:00 am
- Cancellations:
Cancellations are accepted seven days from reservation for full refund, 30 days for holidays/special events or more than one room reserved. All other cancellations or no shows, one night charge plus $25 per room.
