This was my first time staying in a B/B. We had a wonderful time! The cottage was so charming. Liked having our own entrance. Sitting in the little garden area was such a treat to watch the humming birds. We took a carriage ride, went on the ghost tour -no ghost sightings :( -it was fun to learn some history, the museum was very interesting! We enjoyed our stay and did not want it it end! My husband and I just spent the last couple of days in Jefferson for a short vacation. We stayed at Austin Street Cottages in the Romantic Haven. This was our second visit at Austin Street Cottages and we plan to stay again in the future. The cottage is very warm and inviting. Its location to all the shops and restaurants couldn't be more convenient - just a short walk. Belinda is very sweet and accommodating. She made excellent recommendations for places to eat and the breakfast coupons she provides for The Bakery really come in handy (be sure to try the cinnamon raisin toast. It's excellent!).

It is a wonderful Bed and Breakfast. We loved the individual cottages with our own entrance instead of being inside of a house. It is comfortable and tastefully decorated. We have stayed there before and definitely plan on returning! Belinda is so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed.

The romantic cottage is quaint and quiet. Perfect for a weekend away in a friendly town. The cottage was clean and well kept, walking distance to shops and restaurants, but quiet even on a busy Saturday night. We would definitely stay there again! Great value.
