Rustic Retreat A 500 square foot suite cottage with a private entrance and a sitting area The bathroom holds an antique pedestal tub and shower. The room has a King size bed and a day bed.
The Romantic Haven is the smallest of our retreats, but even at only 450 square foot, this two room suite with a private entrance off the gardens is perfect for a private getaway. The sitting area is complete with sofa, reading lamps and color cable television.
COTTAGE Enjoy the two bedroom, 1,100 square foot cottage with living room, a sunroom with antique wicker furniture, ceiling fans, and is furnished with primitive and antique furniture. A private drive for off-street parking is available.
The front porch is equipped with rocking chairs to sit and converse with Jefferson's avid walkers. Central air conditioning and heating, washer and dryer and a private driveway for parking.
The two bedroom, 1,100 sqare foot cottage is the perfect getaway weekend home. It has a comfortable living room for watching cable television or just sitting and relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen allows guests the opportunity to have a relaxing lunch or dinner at their home away from home. Spend the morning or late afternoon out in the sunroom on the antique wicker furniture and watch the squirrels play in the gardens on the brick patio.

It is a wonderful Bed and Breakfast. We loved the individual cottages with our own entrance instead of being inside of a house. It is comfortable and tastefully decorated. We have stayed there before and definitely plan on returning! Belinda is so sweet and made sure we had everything we needed.

The romantic cottage is quaint and quiet. Perfect for a weekend away in a friendly town. The cottage was clean and well kept, walking distance to shops and restaurants, but quiet even on a busy Saturday night. We would definitely stay there again! Great value.

We LOVED our night's stay in the Romantic Haven cottage. Belinda is the sweetest, and the room was extremely cozy, relaxing, and well decorated. We used our coupon to enjoy breakfast at the local restaurant and it was DELICIOUS! By far the most decadent french toast I've ever eaten! We've been recommending this place to all of our friends who mention visiting Jefferson and can't wait to return!

My husband and I visited Jefferson for an anniversary weekend getaway. This was our first experience with a bed and breakfast and we absolutely loved it. We stayed in the "Romantic Haven" and Belinda has decorated the suite perfectly. I loved the decor - and the little details that made it feel even more like home. There was a snack basket and drinks in the mini-fridge and the towels were wonderfully soft. I loved the autonomy of having our own cottage and it was within walking distance to everything we wanted to see during our stay in town. Vouchers for breakfast at The Bakery were included for a yummy meal on Sunday morning.

We completely enjoyed our stay at Austin Street Cottages. Belinda keeps the cottages very clean. The location is within a block of the downtown area which makes walking downtown very easy and convenient. The only item I would change is the breakfast coupons for The Bakery. While the food at The Bakery is excellent, the $5 coupon only covers about half of the cost and the service is very, very slow as they are always short staff. But, it's nice to eat when you're ready and eat what you like.

The cottage and yard were absolutely adorable! Everything was so relaxing and peaceful. Best weekend getaway ever! I really enjoyed all the extra little gifts: sodas, crackers, chips, candy, etc. Very nice place!
