Never stayed in Granbury but the b&b was recommended by one of the shops on the square. It was perfect. We never had to drive after we arrived because it was within walking distance to the square. The new owners were so friendly and the breakfast was amazing. The backyard was so peaceful and morning coffee out there was just an extra bonus. We will definitely be back.

Granbury Gardens was the ideal setting for us to get reacquainted, laugh and giggle and just be together again! Stan & Kay were very gracious hosts and made us feel truly welcome. It's also very convenient to the downtown square as well as the lake. We hope to go back every year.

The breakfast was well portioned and tasty. The hosts were very kind during our stay. We stayed in the Doyle room which was adequate but did not enjoy having a detached bathroom. The courtyard was peaceful and the hot tub was a really nice amenity. However, we ended up having to pay for the sheets in our room to be replaced. Somehow the dye from my night gown stained the sheets, although I had worn the same night gown on a cruise and at a hotel without issues. I mentioned the problem to the host before our departure and asked for us to be notified if the stain could not be removed. We ended up paying for the sheets but when we asked for the sheets to be mailed to us (at our own expense) the owner said they have already been given away. But it had only been a day and a half since our departure so this felt a little fishy. I didn't mind paying for the sheets but hoped to get the stain out and use them myself. So in the end we payed more than we expected. The owner said this has happened before, so maybe they should consider purchasing different sheets? We will likely not return for this reason and the fact that they do not allow pets or children.

I booked the B&B sight unseen for myself and my 3 Baylor "roomies" from the class of 1960 (do the math). It could not have been more perfect, from the individual rooms with private baths to the delicious Breakfasts. The outdoor gardens were lovely and very enjoyable. Stan and Kay were the consummate hosts, giving total attention to our comfort. Granburys B&B's are the best in Texas.

Stan and Kay were gracious hosts! The only problem was we were over committed to our daughter's wedding and really didn't get to enjoy the or participate in all that was provided!!! I do recommend Granbury Gardens if you need a relaxing weekend!!!!!

Stayed in the Doyle Room for a couple of nights here. This was our first B&B experience. The owners Stan & Kay were exceptional hosts. Stan met us on the porch upon arriving with a warm welcome. The hospitality was more than professional - it was sincere and friendly. The 2 breakfasts were out of this world. Home cooking at its best. We loved it! Kay's chocolate chip cookies she baked fresh daily were heavenly! The Inn is walking distance to the downtown square where there is a multitude of things to do. Thanks again Stan & Kay for making our 8th anniversary so special. Hope to see you both again real soon!!!!!!!

Kay and Stan are perfect examples of people who are living a calling. As soon as you arrive you feel like they are rolling out the red carpet. They welcome you into their home and make you feel like it is yours. By the time you leave you feel like old friends. Both Kay and Stan are there to pamper you and do their best to make you comfortable and relaxed. The home is beautiful and very accommodating. They offer many perks like snacks and home made cookies. We will definitely go back and enjoy Granbury Gardens as well as refer our friends.

Stan and Kay are wonderful! They made us feel welcomed immediately. They strive to make Granbury Gardens a peaceful retreat and they have succeeded. Breakfast is amazing! We stayed in the Doyle room where the bathroom was across the hall, but gardens in the back and the service more than made up for that.
