We stayed one night in February 2010. Neil and Dee were very attentive and spent a good amount of time chatting with us about the building. The furnishings and decorations are very fine. We were able to tour each room as no one else had checked in. Breakfast was very good. The library is fantastic! We hope to enjoy a longer stay in the future.

The San Gabriel House is an elegant, yet extremely homey B&B. I felt so comfortable there, and would have stayed longer if I could have afforded the time! Dee and Neil Rapp are great hosts, and made themselves completely available to me, yet not overly so. I appreciated that, as well as the delectable breakfasts that I enjoyed everyday in their fine dining room. (I highly recommend Dee's Apple Quiche.) The next time I’m in Georgetown, I’ll be sure to stay again at this lovely B&B.

The atmosphere was very relaxing. Particularly enjoyed spending time on the spacious porch. The porch is deep for shade and privacy and the porch furniture is exceptional quality. We will be returning for another visit. J & D

My husband and I enjoyed one of our best nights of sleep at this Georgetown B&B, and the famed comfort of the mattress does not disappoint! The breakfast was extremely tasty, but we found the coffee to be a bit weak. Owners were very friendly and very helpful. My husband and I did find the house to be almost too quiet, and were surprised to find ourselves whispering to each other in our room. Conveniently located across from the university and a quick ride to the lovely downtown square.
