Numerous stained glass pieces made by owners and father are displayed throughout. Antique dinning room with ranchstyle breakfast,fresh baked bread/rolls or special egg casseroles or fantastic waffles.

    Driving on I 35 from the north or south one exits to Williams Drive (FM 2338 or Sun City) and proceed west on Williams for approximately 4-5 miles until large HEB on the left side of road. Road to the right is Shell, turn right and then the next immediate right onto Sequoia Spur. Travel 4 blocks to Madrid and turn right. Next street on the left is Las Plumas, turn left. Mailbox 309 Las Plumas is the B & B. Park at the front and you will be met at the front door.

    From the airport, take Tx 71 to US 183 North. Proceed down 183 around Austin, exiting I35 North.     • Minimum stay required (On special occassions; i.e., graduation, Red Popppy Festival)
    • Smoking is not allowed (No smoking on premises)
    • We cannot accommodate guest pets (accomodations are within 2 miles of B & B)
    • Limitations on children staying (Adult guest home so adult behavior expected)
    • No childcare is provided
    • Deposit amount required (Credit Card required to hold room but will not be charged until arrival. Cash deposit can be mailed.)
    • Closed: Thanksgiving and Easter
    • Check in time is 3:00 - 6:00 pm and Check out time is 12:00 noon
    • Cancellations:
      Cancellations must be made at least three days prior to your arrival date to avoid one night's charge. We will waive this fee if the room can be rebooked.

Judith enjoys gardening and hand crafts, especially with granddaughters. Playing with dogs in restricted area from B & B is a favorite.
