From Houston Texas take I-45 south until you crossover Galveston bay bridge, for about 60 miles. I-45 becomes Broadway at the firs red light. Stay on Broadway until you see 17th street. Turn right on 17th and go 2 blocks to Ave. L. Turn left on Ave. L. and look for 1607 [on the right side of the street].
From I-10 East, coming from Beaumont Texas, take Beltway 8 West to I-45 South. Then follow the I-45 South directions noted above.

Cancellations must be made before 11:00 AM to be counted for that day. For a full refund cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your arrival. For a 50% refund cancellations must be made no less then the 3 prior to your arrival. There are NO REFUNDS for cancellation less then 3 days.
