Enjoyed the history of the house and appreciated the beautiful garden in backyard. The beds were awesomely comfy and breakfast was delicious. Great host, great home.

Phil was so friendly and welcoming and made us feel like we were part of the family. The house is beautiful, homey and squeaky clean. And it sits in a nice, quiet neighborhood close to the Strand and the beach. Nice breakfast and great coffee!

I highly recommend staying at the Lost Bayou Guesthouse. Hosts Phil and Chito could not be more gracious, and it is a cozy, welcoming, and very comfortable home away from home. I hope to go back soon.
