Spacious, new 3-story Queen Anne home, Guest House & Country Cottage nestled peacefully in the woods & meadows of 65 acres just south of Whitesboro, Texas in the Lake Texoma area.
Main house offers parlor, dining room, & full country breakfast with hot, fresh baked rolls. Large wrap-around porch with rocking chairs for relaxing. Five uniquely decorated guest bedrooms with private baths are on the second floor (Kings Court has a 2 person Jacuzzi). Third floor TreeTop Suite can serve as a private romantic suite and has a queen size bed. In the sitting area there is a TV/VCR/DVD/SAT & a small video library, coffee bar area with a mini-microwave and fridge. For guests traveling together there are two extra futon couch-beds. Private bath w/a shower. A 5-windowed turret room gives a beautiful view of the woods. A full country breakfast is included for the Main House guests.
Tucked in the woods is a two-story Guest House with a wood-burning stove & a large screened porch. Included is a self-serve continental-plus breakfast. Also, there is a fully-equipped kitchen where guests can prepare their own meals with the food they bring. A large living/dining area offers a queen sofa-bed for extra sleeping, laundry facilities and a half-bath. TV/VCR/DVD. Upstairs a large bath serves three private bedrooms, each decorated in a different theme. Families w/children are welcome at the Guest House.
The Country Cottage is a one bedroom home with a queen size bed, private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living area with a TV/VCR/DVD. Includes a self-serve continental-plus breakfast. The covered deck spans the full length of the Cottage.

From Fort Worth/Dallas area: I-35 N to Hwy 455. East to Hwy 377**/ From Dallas: Hwy 75 N to Hwy 380. West to 377**. Go N on 377 through Collinsville to Co. Line Church Rd, turning left (west) & proceed to West Line Road. Turn right (north) and contineu 1 1/2 miles to Chapparrael. Turn left (west) and go to end where you will see our white pipe gate with sign.
From Gainesville or Sherman take Hwy 82 to Hwy 377 & go South 1 block to Union St/Bus. 377 and take a right (west). Continue to Whitesboro downtown area and from that traffic light at Main St./highway 56, continue south for 1 mile until you come to West Line Road which will be on your right. Turn right(west)onto West Line Road and continue for 4.3 miles until you come to Chapparrael. Turn right (west) on Chapparrael and continue 1 mile. You will come to a "T" in the road and just to your left you will see our white pipe gate with our sign. - Nearest major airport: Dallas, TX (DFW-Dallas-Fort Worth) 75 mi- DFW miles
