    • Deposit amount required: Guarantee reservation with a valid credit card or 1/2 the amount owed in cash within 24 hours.

    • Cancellations: There is a $35.00 fee per room to cancel a Friday or Saturday night reservation. The cancellation policy is 7 days. If you cancel outside 7 days of your arrival, you are only charged $35.00. If you cancel within 7 days of your arrival date, you are still responsible for the room, unless we can re-rent it. There is no cancellation fee for cancelled reservations Sunday through Thursday nights. The cancellation policy for Sunday through Thursday nights is 72 hours.

      Follow signs for Fort Worth from the South Exit of the airport. You'll be on Highways 121 and 183 which intermingle all the way to Fort Worth. Keep following all signs that say "Fort Worth". As you get closer to downtown, the signs will read "Downtown Fort Worth". Take the Belknap Exit. It is a two-lane exit. Cross over the bridge into downtown. Belknap is a 4 lane street. Stay in the middle-left lane. Pass the Courthouse. Pass Houston Street and take the next available left onto Taylor Street. Follow Taylor to 3rd Street. Turn left onto 3rd Street. Cross Throckmorton and immediately look for Etta's Place on the left. Park curbside on the street in the loading zone and ring the doorbell. We'll be right down to greet you!!!

    My wife and I stayed there in February for our anniversary and it was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. It nice to know we were in the middle of activities on Sundance Square but were able to slip away from the rush when we wanted to. We have decided we will be back next year again as my wife and I just loved it.

    It was a cozy fun place for a getaway! Loved all the furniture & details in the room. Nice & private. We enjoyed the treatment of the staff. Great place!

    My wife and I enjoyed our stay tremendously, we were treated excellently, and breakfast was fabulous. We will stay again if we go back to Fort Worth. Excellent location downtown with great restaurants nearby.
