From Ranch Road 12 and Hwy. 290 in Dripping Springs, continue west on 290W 8.3 miles looking for Ranch Road 165 on the left (toward Blanco). Turn left on RR 165 and go 2 & 7/10 miles until you see the paved road on the right going up the hill marked "3230 Rossi Star House". Also look for blue reflectors and a kinetic wind sculpture at the entrance. Continue through the rock entrance and continue to the house on the property. Policies - Minimum stay required (2 night stay on weekends. Negotiable if adjacent night not booked.)
- Smoking is allowed outside only (Smoking is allowed on patio and porches only.)
- Limited accommodations for guest pets (Crated at night and not left alone)
- Limitations on children staying (Please contact innkeeper to make arrangements for children)
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted
- Deposit amount required (Payment in full received by innkeeper within 5 days of booking in order to confirm reservation.)
- Check in time is 2:00 p.m. and Check out time is 11:00 am.
- Cancellations:
Payments will be refunded when cancellation notice is received at least 12 days prior to reservation date. A $25.00 re-booking fee will be charged for refund transactions. Cancellations received 11 days or less prior to reservation date, no refund will be made unless we are able to rebook the STAR HOUSE, in which case, a full refund will be issued. Your consideration is requested as this allows other guests to make reservations for the same night(s) stay and you will receive a refund if the unit is re-booked. - Accepted by the following agencies:
