    The Redbud and Pecan Houses, together with Mangolia house with Giuseppe's Italian Restaurant, make up The Heritage Inns. The Redbud is a Tudor Revival house with five guest rooms. Built in 1912, and beautifully refurbished, all the guest rooms have private baths with claw-footed tubs and showers. There is a large back porch and a gazebo in the yard. The setting is ideal for summer weddings. Giuseppe's Italian Restaurant, with five dining rooms decorated in Tuscan decor. Giuseppe's is available romantic dinners, private parties, or a rehearsal dinner. Menu choices of Northern Italian or Southern French cuisine are moderately priced. Each suite has a bedroom, a private bath, and a sitting room. The Pecan House has 3 honeymoon suites, one is a handicap accessible room. The kitchen and dining room are available for guest use. Ask about our Breakfast in your room, Romance/Honeymoon Pkg or Rejuvenating Spa Pkg.

    Great Choice for the Price

    My Wife and I went here for our honeymoon. Sebastian greeted us when we arrived late at night. Carol took care of us in the mornings. Even though we woke up late and she brought the breakfast up to us. They actually gave us an upgrade -free to a larger room. The place can be hard to find; they share a parking lot with the Italian place nearby. When we got lost, we called and Sebastian answered us right away. Overall, it's a great place to stay, very clean; very professiona;l and it's an affordable price. We would definitely go there again.

    Anniversary Stay

    We stayed for our 29th anniversary and had a wonderful time. Staying in the Walnut room was worth the extra $10, but it still lacked the "extras" that we expect when staying at B&Bs. Still, it was worth doing.

    • Deposit Amount Required: Cash deposit of one night or credit card to hold reservation.

    • Cancellations: 48 hours advance notice of cancellation on weekdays (normal Sunday through Thursday). 7 days notice for weekends and holidays. A weekend is Friday or Saturday night, plus special Holiday and Holiday eves. You will be billed for the days that you have reserved after a cancellation deadline. Multiple rooms for multiple days must cancel 14 days in advance to not have any cancellation fees

    Under new ownership but with the same outstanding innkeeper nothing has been lost in this very special B&B. New owner has spruced up, painted and added some great touches. Breakfast is already world class and continues to delight. No one should miss this special step into a wonderful era of hospitality and beautiful rooms/grounds/common areas! Yes, I;ll be back again!     Wonderful Retreat

    My husband and I stayed here Labor Day weekend for a quick getaway. He had just returned from a deployment and will only be home a short time before he deploys again. We wanted to have some time together without the kids. Sebastian was a wonderful host! He even gave us a military discount that we weren't expecting. The furnishings were quaint and we loved our room. We stayed in the country room which had the coffee station right outside our door!!! I absolutely LOVED the claw foot tub in the bathroom. The Sunday brunch was delicious! We will definitely come back!!!

    Outstanding Service and a Prime Location

    The best part about the staff is their true passion for food. This enthusiasm for detail is revealed in many aspects of this house. The fresh energy behind this BNB, including the synergy with the fine dining next door, is part of the wonderful downtown revival of Denton. We will vote with our next trip -- we are coming back to stay here again.
