Bailey's Uptown Inn

  • Inn Details

Bailey’s Uptown Inn is an elegantly decorated inn nestled in the heart of Dallas, Texas. The Bed and Breakfast is within walking distance of some of Dallas’ best restaurants and shops and less than a block from the trolley system that serves Uptown and downtown Dallas. Uptown is a unique neighborhood that combines the modern conveniences of urban life with the historical charm of the 1920s. Whether you are traveling to Dallas for business or pleasure you will find that the inn offers comfort, privacy and friendly service. Antique filled rooms come complete with a private bath, a comfortable sitting area, a desk, high speed 802.11b Wi-Fi wireless Internet service for your laptop (or use a phone jack for your own dialup service) and Direct TV. Gone are the times when staying at a B&B meant sharing a bath and visiting with a meddlesome host. B&Bs have wised up to the needs of business travelers while maintaining a homey atmosphere that most hotels lack.

Loved staying at Bailey's. Uptown is the place to be for easy access to museums, symphony hall and great dining and shopping. The parking is a big plus compared to the downtown hotels. Highly recommend for a great escape.

Beautiful room. This place was wonderful. We had great fun. The most I liked is Lilly (pet dog) I loved the way it greeted.

I felt like royalty when I left there. From the house tour and history to the quiet atmosphere and fresh smells of country to the fancy breakfast - it was perfect. Can't wait to go back next year.
