Fortuna Bay B/B

  • Inn Details

This hideaway on Texas' North Padre Island is well worth the search. Cradled between the Gulf of Mexico and Laguna Madre, this three story red tiled roof inn is quite simply incredible. Our B/B is at the intersection of 5 canals with the main canal leading to the Laguna Madre five minutes away. The Gulf of Mexico and it's white sand beaches are also five minutes away. We were voted one of the top 15 Bed and Breakfast's in the United States for "Sunset Views". We are a complex of eighteen condominiums converted into a unique Bed and Breakfast Inn. Swin in the pool, play golf at Padre Isles Country Club, fish off the deck, go birding at the National Seashore (15minutes away), go sail boarding at Bird Island, go to the beach or just get a masage on the deck--it's your choice. You might think you are in the Caribbean.

My husband and I went for our anniversary not knowing what to expect. What a nice surprise. The sunset view from our balcony was beautiful. We are counting the day until we can return. Very clean and quite. Thanks for sharing your treasure. Debbie and Steve San Antonio, Texas

My husband and I stayed here two years in a row for our Anniversary. The inn keepers are wonderful and the rooms are very nice. This B&B is completely worth the money. The only problem we encountered was a miscommunication on what room we were to stay in the second year we lodged there. But everything was settled very professionally.

Tell the innkeeper that sent you.
