The Farm House, nearest the river, sleeps six to eight, and has three suites: the River Suite with a queen bed and bathroom; the Colonel’s Suite with a king bed and bathroom; and Martha’s Suite with a queen bed and bathroom. The Colonel’s Suite in the Farm House has a king bed and a sitting area with two chairs, one large bathroom with two sinks separated by a dressing table, and a shower. Colonel’s Suite rate is $235.00 per night.
The living room in the Farm House is available for all Farm House guests to enjoy. There is a fire place, t.v., a game table, books and games to enjoy while relaxing.
The Guest House sleeps eight to ten in three large suites. The Manley Suite has a king bed, spacious sitting area, and bathroom. The East Wing Suite has a queen bed, separate sitting room with another queen bed, and a bathroom. The Library Suite has a queen bed, separate sitting room with twin beds, bathroom, and library room.
The beautifully appointed kitchen in the Guest House makes it a pleasure to cook. Each cottage on the ranch has a lovely, gourmet kitchen for the guest who books the whole cottage to use.

Parvin’s Cottage consists of two bedrooms, Alice’s Room and Evelyn’s Room, each with a queen bed, and a loft with twin beds. There is one bathroom downstairs and one bathroom upstairs. Living room, dining room, a beautiful, large wrap-around sunroom and a gourmet kitchen. Hilltop location, outdoor sitting patio, separate dining patio and a gas barbecue grill.

Evelyn's Room. Evelyn's and Alice’s Room in Parvin’s Cottage each has a queen bed and there are two full bathrooms, one on the main floor and one just up the stairs in the loft. These suites are rented as part of the whole cottage. The rate for Parvin's Cottage, up to four guests, is $395.00.
The Teacher’s Cottage can sleep up to four with a queen bed in the bedroom and a sunroom with trundle bed for two. It has one bathroom, charming living room and a kitchen/dining room. Hilltop location, outdoor seating and gas barbeque grill. Teacher’s Cottage rate is $295.00 per night, double occupancy.
Teacher's living room is thoroughly charming. It has a CD player and a TV for your enjoyment.
Teacher's bedroom has a queen sized bed. All of the beds at the Riven Rock Ranch Resort have excellent, extremely comfortable mattresses, fine quality sheets and a choice of feather or other pillows to pamper our guests.
The Terrace Grill, is Riven Rock Ranch's award winning restaurant. It features locally sourced, organic produce, game meats and other fine fare.
Riven Rock Ranch's Event Center and pavilion is the perfect place to have a wedding. Riven Rock Ranch hosts day-of weddings and destination weddings with accommodations for up to 26 guests in the bed and breakfast.

Riven Rock Ranch is a 200 plus-acre working farm and ranch on the Guadalupe River in Kerr County, deep in the heart of the Texas Hill Country. We are located 20 minutes from the towns of Boerne, Kerrville and Fredericksburg. Open since August 2009, The Terrace Grill, our on-site restaurant, has earned a reputation as a unique dining destination. Riven Rock Ranch has created a wonderful open-air restaurant nestled in a native plant garden, complete with a koi pond and meandering stream. Despite the beautiful setting, the real standout is the exceptional food prepared by Chef Joseph Brantley. Cooked in a wood-fired oven and on a wood fired grill, The Terrace Grill features the freshest local ingredients possible. Game meats, an ever-changing fish special from the Texas Gulf and locally farmed produce are the stars of the menu. The restaurant is open to the public on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.
