Cancellations made less than 2 weeks in advance will be charged the two nights unless we are able to fill the vacancy.

    Signature Dish

    Lemon Chiffon Pancakes
    Ingredients 6 Eggs, separated 4 tbsp. Vegetable Oil 1/2 tsp. Salt 4 tsp. Baking Powder 2 cups Cottage Cheese 2 tbsp. Maple Syrup 4 tbsp. Lemon Zest 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice 1 cup Flour Directions Beat egg whites until stiff with a hand blender. Set aside. In a mixing bowl, combine yolks and rest of the ingredients. Process with a hand blender until smooth and fluffy. Fold in egg whites. Cook on a griddle at 350 degrees F. Make each pancake the size of a large silver dollar. Serve immediately with maple syrup. Serves 8 – 10

    The room was lovely and spacious. Hillary was gracious and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and met my dietary restrictions.

    We spent two days with Hillary and George while my daughter did a college visit at Texas A&M. It was great staying here. We were welcomed into their home like family. If my daughter goes to A&M I'm sure we will be visiting the Jessup's again for a stay.

    This is a great place to stay while in College Station. George and Hillary are wonderful hosts. Their home is beautiful and they make you feel right at home.
