This romantic Bed & Breakfast/Vacation Rental Home and our Lakefront Cottage are located in the Hill Country and offer amenities such as golf discounts, pool, tennis, boating, sailing and overlooks the 9th Fairway at Canyon Lake Golf Club. It is approx. 20 min. from Gruene/New Braunfels where you can enjoy fine dining, Gruene Hall and many other venues. Our Lakefront Cottage is the perfect getaway for Winter Texans.
Our Bed & Breakfast is located on the 9th Fairway of the beautiful Canyon Lake golf course and is only 1.5 miles from Canyon Lake/Comal Park and 6 miles from the Guadalupe River for where you can enjoy tubing, or the Comal River which is only 20 minutes away from Historic New Braunfels, Texas.
New Braunfels, boasts fine antique shopping, Gruene for more antiques and dining on the river, and Gruene Hall, (the oldest Dance Hall in Texas), for kicking up your heels, Schlitterbahn water park. Festivities in New Braunfels include Wurstfest and Wassilfest in Nov & Dec, this little German town enjoys their festivals year-round! Stay with us and enjoy the best of both worlds. Only 45 minutes from both San Antonio or Austin Texas.

From Austin Take IH 35 South to Hwy 306. Turn right on 306 to FM 2673 at light and go left on FM2673. Go 7 miles to Startzville. Turn right at the traffic light. Continue on Campbell Drive. Turn right on Watts Lane.
From Houston From IH10 exit Hwy 46 West to New Braunfels. Take IH35 South and exit Rueckle Road and turn right. Take Walnut Road exit and turn left (you are now on Hwy 46W). Turn right on FM2722 to FM 2673. Turn left on 2673. Turn right at traffic light. Continue on Campbell Drive. Turn right on Watts Lane.
From New Braunfels Take Hwy 46 West to FM 2722. Turn right on FM2722 to FM 2673. Turn left on FM2673. Turn right at first traffic light. Continue on Campbell Drive. Turn right on Watts Lane.
From San Antonio Take Hwy 281 North to Hwy 46. Turn right on 46 turning left on FM 3159. Go 7 miles to first traffic light. Go straight through the light to Watts Lane. Turn right on Watts Lane.
Note: After turning right onto Watts Lane continue past the Golf Club the street makes a sharp horse-shoe turn to the right. We are the last house on the left two-story, green house w/a red door! - Nearest major airport: San Antonio, TX (SAT) 30 miles

From San Antonio take Hwy 281 North to Hwy 46. Turn right on Hwy 46 approx. 4 miles and turn left at traffic light onto FM 3159. Go 7 miles to traffic light and continue straight through light on Campbell Rd. to Watts Lane. Turn right on Watts Lane.

The Inn is 2 miles from the Lakefront Cottage for extra large groups or separate reservations. The Cottage overlooks Canyon Lake with an extra large kingsize bedroom with sitting area, one queensize bedroom, and one bath with double sinks. It is beautifully furnished and has a large dining/living room and full kitchen with breakfast bar area. The balcony has as beautiful view of the lake and the water front is only 100 yards further down a gentle sloap, and only one-half mile from the public boat dock and Comal Park!

Policies - No minimum stay required
- Smoking is allowed outside only (Please consider other guests in outside areas.)
- We cannot accommodate guest pets
- Children are welcome
- No childcare is provided
- Consumption of alcohol is permitted (Bottled Water are provided.)
- Deposit amount required (Credit Card held for deposit on reservation system.)
- Check in time is 3:00 p.m. and Check out time is 11:00 a.m.
- Cancellations:
If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 10 (ten) days prior to your arrival date (45 days notice when reserving the entire Inn) for a cheerful refund of your deposit less a $25 processing fee. Credit cards are accepted but cash or check payment is preferred.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than ten (10) days notice (45 days notice when reserving the entire Inn) shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made.
Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and for some special requests. A 2 night stay is PREFERED on weekends(1 night stay is an additional $20.00 on weekends.) Thanksgiving, Memorial & Labor Day Weekend rates are based on a 3 night stay. (2 nights stay + $20.00 per night; 1 night stay + $25.00.
