- Cancellations:
First night’s stay deposit taken at time of booking. If cancellation is made at least 7 days prior to arrival date, a full refund minus a $35 refund fee will be applied.
If cancellation is made between 6 days and 72 hours prior to arrival, no refund will be made however, that one night stay may be applied to your future visit if made within 90 days.
If the cancellation is made within 72 hours of arrival, you will be charged for you entire scheduled stay with one night’s stay being applied to your next visit if made within 90 days.
