The Aspen Suite has a queen bed located on the second floor with designer bedding, luxury sheets, and a beautiful view of the lush landscape along with a flat screen TV on the wall with Direct TV satellite. Large closet and granite top bath.
The Century Studio has a queen bed with luxury bedding, fresh flowers, and chocolates along with a flat screen TV with Direct TV satellite. Enjoy the remote control fireplace, even in the summer without heat. The suite attaches to a mini kitchenette where a gourmet breakfast is served and a bathroom with a spa-style shower and lavish European-made towels.. The studio has a wonderful view of the gardens and a large wrap-around veranda with seating, allowing for a very relaxing getaway.
The living room along with a full kitchen and a beautiful view of the gardens is located on the second floor in between the Jasmine and Aspen Suites. Enjoy the remote control fire place, along with two private balconies. The Aspen and Jasmine Suites are perfect for families or couples. If you book both for the same date you will receive a 10% discount. If you choose to only book one of the suites, then the other suite is blocked off for your privacy.

The Eagle's Nest Suite
The Aspen and/or Jasmine Suites get to enjoy the fully equip kitchen and open living room as part of their space. Along with the two private balconies.

The Eagle's Nest located on the third floor offers a luxurious king bed, rich designer bedding with egyptian cotton sheets, down pillows, fresh flowers, and granite-topped tables. It features a full-sized hot tub in the suite, along with a resort-style shower, wet bar, mini kitchenette, flat-screen TV with satellite service and separate living area with a carved, ornate fireplace. The Eagle's Nest has what could only be called a bird's eye view of the beautifully-manicured gardens and surrounding trees, many of which are more than a century old. A reading loft completes this wonderful suite. Secure WIFI is available along with free parking.

An absolutely wonderful find! The Treehouse has the tranquil, calming, comfortable feel of an upscale spa, and is a unique and charming place to stay. 5 women in our family celebrate Mother's Day together each year, and we chose the Treehouse this year because of the highly positive reviews others had posted. Bryan does not seem like a "destination" for a retreat, but it was well worth the special trip from Houston. I look forward to returning with my husband at some point. The gardens and trees make for a serene environment, and the architecture is charming. The owner, Lisa, could not have been more welcoming and her hospitality was outstanding. We enjoyed the special treats and also the substantial breakfast that Lisa left for us in our refrigerator. We had the entire second floor to ourselves, which combined two suites, making for a large living and kitchen area, as well as two private balconies. While enjoying the pretty grounds, we also enjoyed the company of the resident cat, Pumpkin. The whole experience as very special, and highly recommended!

I only wish we had discovered this gem earlier in our daughter's college days at A&M. The rooms are beautifully decorated, the food is fresh and well thought out, and the grounds are like a spiritual journey through nature.

Our stay at Abigaile's Treehouse was a truly relaxing, soul-renewing experience. We stayed in The Century Studio which has a wrap-around porch. Sitting on the porch and looking out on the beautifully landscaped yard and gardens was like being in an oasis in the middle of Bryan. The rooms were decorated with loving care, and the food was absolutely delicious! Staying at Abigaile's Treehouse made our daughter's graduation from A&M an even more memorable and special time for us!

Very unique and enjoyable place to stay. Lisa was there to greet us when we arrived. She is personable and gracious (left plenty of fresh fruit, food, drinks, etc. in our room). The suite was very clean and freshened up daily. We have stayed at many hotels in College Station during the last 4 years, and wished we had found this place earlier. Comparable to hotel costs during busy A&M weekends, but much more comfortable. We recommend this B&B to all visiting the College Station/Bryan area. The Hoffmanns

My wife and I recently went down to Bryan over night for a work assignment and we wanted to stay somewhere local and unique. Abigaile's Treehouse certainly fits the bill! Lisa was very kind and provided excellent service, and was a pleasure to visit with as we checked in and got the tour. We stayed in the Eagle' Nest and found it to be very clean and spacious. It more than exceed our expectations and we especially enjoyed the hot tub and beautiful view from the wrap around porch. My wife and I will most certainly find our way back to Abigaile's Treehouse, even if it is just to stay there again! Highly recommend staying here, it could not have been better.

I was looking for a surprise get-a-way for my wife and myself. I happened upon Abigaile's treehouse. I expected a typical B-and-B, but I was mistaken. The property is gourgeous and the room (the Eagle's Nest) was immaculate and very tastefully decorated. It felt like we were at a spa! Lisa is a very gracious host and made us feel like we were family, well now that we have spent the night we are part of the Abigail's tree house family! Do yourself a favor and stay here, it is romantic and definately a small piece of heaven on earth.
