    Leaving the airport, go under the highway, turn LEFT. You will be entering onto Highway 71W. Go one (1) mile and follow the 183 North sign for 2 miles; then follow the Airport Blvd. sign for approximately 4 miles. As you pass under IH 35, you will come to 45th Street (stop light). Turn LEFT at 45th St. Follow 45th St. 0.9 mile (9/10 mile) to Ave. D, turn LEFT. Woodburn House is on the next corner on the left at the corner of 44th & Ave. D.

    • Cancellations:
      A refund is given if notice is received 72 hours prior to 6 p.m. on scheduled day of arrival. Otherwise, guest will be chared a minimum of one night's stay. Special reservations have thiry - sixty day cancellation notice requirement.

    Built in the tradition of the grand plantation homes of the South, the Woodburn House was built in 1909.Come and Sit on our beautiful porches, voted "Top 10 Porches to Sit on This Summer" by USA Today, 1999.
    Come and sit and visit with family and friends - old and new - in our beautiful sitting room.Breakfast at Woodburn House is served in our Formal Dining Room. We feel our breakfasts add to the experience of staying with us and we work to make it a fine one!  We are prepared to meet our guest special dietary requirements and offer a different full breakfast daily. Breakfast is served individually so no one receives a warmed over breakfast or the last remains from a buffet.
