Lake Travis is 60 miles long. Our adorable "fishing cabins" are lakefront properties, preserved between multi-million dollar homes. From the decks, you can hear the chimes of the masts from nearby sailboats.

My wife and I fell in love with this quaint bed and breakfast back in 2012. Since then we've stayed there at least 10 times. Robin and her staff work hard to make your stay enjoyable... and we highly recommend that check it out if you're needing a quite place to get away from it all.

Wow, what a gr8 time at Robin's Nest. I highly recommend this place!!!! First, the Manager was terrific! Ramona was absolutelly the best! On the phone she was friendly, and helpful with the reservation, it seemed like we knew eachother for years.... at the end of the call i was actually excited to meet her, Robin and the staff. Also the place sounded beautiful. Next, we arrive in Austin and i called her and she checked our reservation, oh no! Over booked in a room. No problem, Ramona worked her magic and found us another room, a bit smaller and the bathroom was tight, but she gave us a free night and it was well worth the down size.... after all, there was too much to do in Texas!!! 3rd, we were going to 3 nights of music at the 'Back yard' so we arrived at the 'Nest' after mid nite, no problem there either, she gave us directions to the right house, they have 3, and left the door open for our secret arrival by1 am. In the morning, breakfast was very good, the portions could have been bigger, but i eat alot. the Gardens were in great shape, since im a professional landscaper, i know! Also the Bonsai patio was impressive, done by Robins husband. We found great food and a natural cold springs 'krauss springs' i think. At the end of the 2nd night of shows, we unfortunatly had a flat tire.... a small mid-nite inconvenience, but the spare worked. No worries though, Ramona to the rescue again!!! she found us a great place to repair it... Anyways, i would return there again, hopefully sooner than later! Robin and the whole staff were wonderful!!!! Thanks, Robins Nest. James

My husband and I stayed here for our first anniversary and my husbands birthday. We stayed in the tower room and it was lovely! We had our own private bathroom and it was very clean and up to date. Breakfast in the morning was amazing!!! My husband keeps talking about the eggs, but I loved the pancakes! :) We will definitely return to the robins nest. I love seeing people so happy to be doing what they are doing! Very refreshing.

I stayed in two different rooms during my stays at Robin's Nest. When you drive up you just feel the love of the place. Robin, the owner, will do anything she can to make your stay as pleasurable as possible. The rooms were both clean and everything I was looking for in a relaxing, peaceful stay. If you are looking for the Hilton, this is not the place for you. If you are looking for a peaceful retreat, great food, pleasant people and staff that will do everything they can to make your stay pleasant well then, this is the place!!!!! I have nothing but wonderful things to say and am looking forward to my next stay there.

This place far exceeded any of my expectations and was the most relaxing and beautiful place to spend a weekend. You will get a great feeling of being at home with the family and yet get that get away feel that you love. Spending 3 nights here is not nearly enough to really enjoy what this place has to offer. Great views and great location. Not far from great restaurants and great locations.

This b&b combines wonderful rooms, awesome service, cleanliness, friendliness and the great nature around lake Travis. My husband and I enjoyed our stay more than any stay at a hotel or other b&b ever before. We will definitely come back to experience more of the unique rooms. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and fun!

I have stayed at Robin's Nest many times and in different rooms. I love to spend the day floating on the lake in the quiet cove. The last time I was there we rented a kayak and paddled our way to a restaurant on the lake. The rooms have a shabby chick warmth that I find very inviting. The breakfast are hot and hearty (my favorite is the migas) and Robin is the perfect balance of welcoming and respectful of privacy.

We spent Christmas at Robin's Nest and it was so beautiful. The grounds and lake views were just so peaceful. Kelly was really great and she really knows how to make a delicious breakfast. The best thing was that we were able to bring our dog Poncho. There are very few places that allow the family pet and I would visit again just for that reason. There was another family staying at the same time with their pets and it just made it feel more like home. Thank you and Happy New Year 2010. Kay
