Bed and Breakfast Spa
A luxury day spa, with indoor heated massage pool and sauna, and a unique B&B, with all 3 large rooms private and romantic, separate entrances, breakfasts ensuite, and massage chairs. The East Wing is a 3 room suite, huge, with cathedral ceilings, king bed, massive fireplace, and all night access to the indoor heated massage therapy pool. Other guests have scheduled private time in the spa. The Moon River room is a very large room with queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, and a luxury shower. The Palace Above is alone upstairs with a screened in patio in the trees. All have cable TV with HBO, high speed internet access and lots of charm. The Guest House in back has a full kitchen and use of the spa. In this one of a kind B&B, be assured of relaxation and reinvigoration.

- Directions to property:
easy access from both main corridors. Exit 234 on I35 and drive west across town on 15th Street until it becomes Enfield and crosses under Loop 1 (about 2 miles). Meriden Lane is one block west of Loop 1.
If traveling on Loop 1, exit Enfield and go one block west. Turn left onto Meriden. We are in the middle of that first block, on the left, 1309 Meriden Lane - Nearest major airport: AUS-Austin/Bergstrom International Airport 10 miles
- Directions from airport:
Take a left turn out of the airport and you will be on Ben White Blvd and Highway 290. Continue on, under I-35, and take the exit for Highway 360 loop. After you come down the hill, about a half mile, take the right turn onto Loop 1 (also called Mo Pac Expressway). In a few miles you will cross the river. Take the Enfield exit, which is the second exit after the river. At Enfield, take a left turn which brings you back under the expressway. Pass the access road and take the first left, which is Meriden Lane. Our house is 1309 Meriden Lane, in the middle of the block, on the left. There is a world flag hanging out in front. Back up to the driveway. Park in the space in front of door number 2 or 3. Toot your horn, and I will meet you there to show you to your room.

You are required to sign a confirmation letter. One week's notice required for cancellation with processing fee charged. After that you are financially responsible for the length of your stay unless I can relet it, which I will try to do. Some special events and holidays have a longer cancellation requirement as we are such a small business.
