    The Moon River room has a lovely queen size bed in a large room with 8 ft. of sliding glass. You can tie up the heavy curtains and leave the sheers there to allow light to flood your room and still have privacy. Or close the curtains and sleep as late as you want. The big comfortable couch is also a comfortable queen size sleeper sofa. It's the throne from which you may watch digital cable TV with HBO or a laser disc from a vast collection of old westerns, the old greats of film stardom, and some Disney for the kids.
    The Palace Above has a king bed and screened porch upstairs.
    This custom built indoor massage therapy pool is astonishing in the way it can soothe your aches and pains or generally relax and tone your body and mind. We keep it heated most of the year, until we need a "cool pool" in the heat of the summer. It is more powerful than any jets you have experienced before. You may also swim laps with a bungee setup. There is a shower and spa goodies in the pool room. Everyone gets their private time here.
    Our separate guest house in the back yard is a fully furnished and functionally equipped home away from home. This quaint house has hardwood floors and tiled kitchen and bath. Queen bed in the bedroom and a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room easily accomodates 4 people. You should find anything you need here. The NY style kitchen is well stocked with everything you might need to create your own meals. Private entrance and phone, digital cable with HBO, a vcr and cd player are there for your enjoyment. Special weekly and monthly rates.

    Enter your private domain up in the trees here - a gracious space with all hardwood floors, sweet architectural details, and lovingly furnished. There is comfort and convenience - digital cable TV, VCR, CD player and a private phone line. We have just built a wonderful deck and new stairs here for your comfort and convenience. There's a bit of room to share outside if you are inclined. Here in the Guest House you are hidden up in the trees at the back of the property, separate from the rest. It's an easy home-away-from-home, very well equipped and cozy. You should find everything you need here.
    The wonders of this space are many. The antique king bed is dwarfed in this grand space - space all around and space above. There's plenty of room left for romancing and dancing. We have old love songs in the cd player - the scene is set. Add to that the fireplace and massage chair which are invaluable comforts, ancient and modern, in a bedroom filled with Old World charm. It's easy to feel you are in another country or another century.
    The Moon River room is spacious and gracious, with a private entrance. You have a queen bed and a queen futon sleeper/sofa. There is a massage chair famous for neck tension relief and a foot massager. You have a small refrig and pantry, as well as a luxury bathroom with 4 shower heads. Digital cable with HBO and a DVD/CD player and high speed internet access are concesstions to the modern day. The rest is old world and charming.

    A luxury day spa, with indoor heated massage pool and sauna, and a unique B&B, with all 3 large rooms private and romantic, separate entrances, breakfasts ensuite, and massage chairs. The East Wing is a 3 room suite, huge, with cathedral ceilings, king bed, massive fireplace, and all night access to the indoor heated massage therapy pool. Other guests have scheduled private time in the spa. The Moon River room is a very large room with queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, and a luxury shower. The Palace Above is alone upstairs with a screened in patio in the trees. All have cable TV, high speed internet access and lots of charm, except no TV in the Palace Above. The Guest House in back has a full kitchen and use of the spa. In this one of a kind B&B, be assured of relaxation and reinvigoration.

    From Michele's reactions/comments, the watsu therapy was exactly as advertised. Michele said it was very relaxing, and a completely new experience. The reflexologists were superb, I nearly fell asleep several times during both treatments. The setting was a perfect fit also. I would recommend the East Wing to anyone who is interested in the therapy treatments we received. The private entrance to the pool was an enormous hit with Michele, as she is a bit shy. The watsu therapist took just the right angle with Michele, starting off slow, and explaining every step. Just an overall great escape. Thanks again for a marvelous weekend, highlighted by your quaint accommodations.

    The location was what I needed and the neighborhood was lovely. The room was spacious and clean but there were no working smoke alarms in sight. Many water spots were on the ceiling. The massage chair did not work. The continental breakfast was disappointing. The B&B spa looked like it had seen better days.

    A Lovely Stay

    I so much enjoyed my time at Bed and Breakfast Spa. The room was spacious, bed comfortable, and i had complete privacy. I enjoyed the amazing massage chair (who would think it would be so great) and the pool spa as well. The breakfast was customized for me and included lots of fresh and health items. It is in a great section of Austin - easy to get every where - yet quiet with lots of trees. I would recommend it without hesitation and plan on return visits!

    Enjoyable Experience

    Each time we have stayed at the Bed & Breakfast Pool & Spa we have had a wonderful time. The Palace Room is very ROMANTIC and ELEGANT - a perfect bedroom hideaway. Check in is always hassle free - and the location is superb to the core of happenings in Austin. It is always great to take a sauna and a dip in the private pool. We always feel at home at this little gem of a B&B.

    I was reluctant to spend the money on a weekend escape right here in town, now I can't wait to repeat the experience. I was greeted at the BNB by a very gracious Jule, who made me feel as if my every wish were within reach. The East Wing was spotless, spacious, comfortable and so private. The pool was luxiourous and invigarating. My breakfast items were very fresh. The location so ideal to everything.

Take the Enfield exit, which is the second exit after the river. At Enfield, take a left turn which brings you back under the expressway. Pass the access road and take the first left, which is Meriden Lane. Our house is 1309 Meriden Lane, in the middle of the block, on the left. There is a world flag hanging out in front. Back up to the driveway. Park in the space in front of door number 2 or 3. Toot your horn, and I will meet you there to show you to your room.
