    Beautiful

    Beautiful views. Lovely breakfast (love the homemade granola!) Really more of a "country inn" than a bed and breakfast in my opinion. Only grumble would be the dogs barking right under our window at 7 am.

    this was our first exp. with B&B... we were Blessed to find this on on the internet.. the pics do not display the peacefullness of the Inn.. alto there were several quests.. it was quiet and relaxing.. food was great.. hosts were great.. hope to return

    The Inn was so relaxing and our stay was just the perfect setting for our anniversary. We hiked the Great Smoky Mountains and soaked in the spa tub after a relaxing candlelight dessert each evening. A delicious breakfast got us ready for our daily hikes. We will go back...A+++++++

    Charming!

    My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon. The room was spotless and comfortable. The views are breathtaking! The innkeepers were delightful! The breakfasts served were outstanding. I highly recommend staying here! We plan on going back again in the near future.

    Reservation Policy

    • Check In: 3:00 p.m.    Check Out: 10:30 a.m.

    • Deposit Amount Required: We require a 50% deposit by check due ten days from the date you make the reservation. It is applied to the last day of your reservation period. Guests staying only one night require full pmt. for dep

    • Cancellations: To cancel, you must contact the Inn by telephone or send a fax (Email not acceptable) a minimum of fourteen days prior to the scheduled arrival date. A thirty day cancellation is required for multiple room reservations (4 rooms or more). If cancellation is made less than fourteen days (or thirty days for multiple room reservations) prior to the scheduled arrival date, deposit is nonrefundable. To request a refund of deposit or have a credit applied to your account for a future reservation; you must send a written request to the Inn within fourteen days from the time you cancel the reservation. All refunds will incur a $35 charge to be deducted from the deposit.
