Deposit amount required (We require a 50% deposit by check due ten days from the date you make the reservation. It is applied to the last day of your reservation period. Guests staying only one night require full pmt. for dep)

Cancellations:
To cancel, you must contact the Inn by telephone or send a fax (Email not acceptable) a minimum of fourteen days prior to the scheduled arrival date. A thirty day cancellation is required for multiple room reservations (4 rooms or more). If cancellation is made less than fourteen days (or thirty days for multiple room reservations) prior to the scheduled arrival date, deposit is nonrefundable. To request a refund of deposit or have a credit applied to your account for a future reservation; you must send a written request to the Inn within fourteen days from the time you cancel the reservation. All refunds will incur a $35 charge to be deducted from the deposit.
